Hmm... I'm looking at the raw video file and it's saying "Jones 1.MSWMM". See, this would be an instance of me being an idiot. My, how embarrassing. ^^;; Fixed it - the WMV's processing now, but since I did remember to save it as a WMV this time, there shouldn't be any problems. Thanks for the heads-up. Edit: Acherus, I listened to that music as I was waiting for mine to convert - I really like it! It's got a great mood to it.

That's a very good Jones. Perhaps if you deepen the voice a tad and slow down the rhythm it might just be perfect. I think you would also make for a good Kat...or maybe even one of the Suicide Fairies.
And on another note...
The music made for the Artificial Habitat is quite lovely, Acherus

Not bad, but, for future reference, Antimony is pronounced with the same emphasis as alimony. Don't sweat it though; half of the characters in this comic have near-unpronounceable names.

I like the music... Very relaxing. Although there are some elements to it that might make it better suited to Gillitie woods. Kind of a haunting sound a couple of places... Overall, a nice serene melody. I could hear it for either Handul of Dirt or coyote Stories.

As thought, if multiple people are going to be doing music, we should all agree on a unifying melody that can be played along with any original melodies we come up with individually. In fact, I've been using the main melody of the lullaby as a recurring riff. Perhaps future songs can make use of it. At its simplest it's a lullaby but it can also be played as a very dramatic leitmotif (I think that's the right word...).

Miri... I think your Natural speaking voice Could be workable as one of the other girls... It's pleasantly high pitched enough to pass for a younger girl's voice. I'm not sure a lack of an accent is so big a deal here... I know, it takes place in England.... But I heard a tinge of the accent you spoke of when you were reading Jones' lines. And, as you're our first girl to try out, I'd kinda like to hear you take a shot at Kat, maybe even Annie. I think you could pull it off.

Thanks for the comments, everyone. What are the notes to the lullaby?

Thanks for the comments, everyone. What are the notes to the lullaby? It's right here... You can also hear it during the S1 vs the Bullbot video I posted earlier...

I'm liking the background music a lot!
I'm attempting a re-recording now, but little bits and pieces keep screwing up...I should have it done by the end of the day, though.

This looks fun. I'd like to try out, but I'll need to get a microphone. Does anyone know what would be a good one to get?

Any microphone that can eliminate the background noise would be the best, I think.

Okay, once I get one I'll be trying out for the part of Red.

*cough*
New guy here.
I presume I can still audition? I think of myself I might make a decent Eglamore. Or Smith, perhaps. Although I have no idea how to make a youtube thingie, so if I post the audio file here, can someone else upload it to youtube for me?

Hello, Wahad! Welcome to the forums!
Perhaps someone with the know-how could give you an e-mail address to send the file to? Posing it here doesn't seem like a good idea.

That also works; I do not really particularly mind either way. And thank you.

And there we go, you can watch/listen here. Very nice! But you may want to try a couple lines where he doesn't sound so menacing (like whenever he's talking to Coyote). Speaking of which, I might do an audition for Coyote instead, if he's needed - seeing as how someone already auditioned for Eglamore.

It's good to see a range of different voices, I think. I'm working on a Red audition script and tossing around ideas for Kat at the moment.

Hey... Uh, i'm a fairly proper english girl, so if you've got any roles, like, small speaking parts, whatever, that need doing with a different voice, i can help.

Hi guys. I got excited by the YouTube channel and recorded my own audition. I didn't have the password for the channel, so I'm uploading it to my own account. It's still processing, but I'll post it as soon as it gets approved.

Oh, well, I have the password now, so it's on the channel. Or it will be in a minute. Thoughts? XD It was kind of embarrassing to record, but way fun. I could hear people moving around out in the hall and I'm sure they were like "WTF?" I want to know what you guys think.

That was actually alot of fun to hear. I like the sneer Red had and your Annie voice was quite impressive.

My only trouble with Annie is she's usually so dead pan, at least in her expressions. Red is sooo fun to do cause I can make the same faces she is. I wouldn't mind doing Annie, but, you know, I'm not British. I live in Hollywood for cripes sake.

I thought that was rather impressive. I could see you working well for either Red or Kat.
Nice job!
