Just gonna set up my scanner again (it's been in a box), and then I'll put my Judgement card into this post. No sense wasting space Edit:

As long as this list is up to date (as it seems it was 6 days ago), I'll attempt The High Priestess/Miss Jones. Don't mark me down as doing it yet, leave it open to someone who might do it better (and faster). But if I get it done quickly enough I will certainly contribute it.

toasted1, that card is beautiful I love it! Great job. And Ulysses I love the Judgement card too, the idea of having the suicide fairies in place of people standing in graves was clever.
acnornlandeth, I look forward to seeing your card when you get time to do it.
I am pretty excited that the Major Arcana is finally nearing completion, can you tell?

It's great to see the Tarot cards that the community set out to create are almost completed. It may have taken a while, but it looks like we're actually almost done the set, and I'm glad I could contribute. I think once the last one is in the bag, we should have someone post them as a whole so we can look at them with the rest of the set. Then we can celebrate with some spider stew.

Hey Mishmash!
I've already got the rough draft of the foreground complete. I need a background, and line draft, and a color draft, but otherwise so far so good!

Ulysses -- Your card looks really cool. Could you please ink it and/or colour it? At the moment it is rather difficult to see.

I know, it's a pain. I'll try inking it, but I'll leave it up to someone else to colour it in Photoshop or something. I have no confidence in my colouring/shading capabilities.
I've also scaled it down a bit so you can see the whole thing, I've edited my earlier post with the image to replace the link.

Nikita, go ahead and make it official. I'll post my line draft as soon as I've inked "The High Priestess" (ideally tonight). Then it's only a matter of a day or to for color and you'll have Jones for the collection.
Thanks for allowing me to take part in this project.

Here's my line draft for The High Priestess. I'll color it within the next two days.

I love it! The inclusion of the flowers was a great idea.
Do we still need someone to do the Emperor/Headmaster before the deck is complete? We simply must find somebody, we are so close...

It's finished! Here we are, as promised, The High Priestess/Jones Card. Enjoy! Thank you guys so much for allowing me to work on this project. If you ever move on to (is it Lesser or Minor?) Arcana, I'll happily take one of those.

Added to the list.. The Headmaster (Emperor) is now the only card that is left!
By the way.. I declared Fuzzysock's Devil-Card sketch finished because it is already better than a lot of us can do and have done. Does anybody have any objections to this?
Maybe I should PN her to add the number and name to the card.
I'm also thinking of putting all the cards in a safer and nicer place. I was thinking of creating a DA account or simply put them on my webspace(s)? (It'd be a single page without any connection to the rest of my website and no ads of course.)

Seems like a good idea, there are several black and white cards already and Fuzzysocks is obviously an excellent artist! I do agree that you should pm to see if Fuzzysocks wishes to add to it.
Having all the cards in one place is also a good idea. Good ideas all around.

No problem here, I think the thing to do would just make a Deviant art account under "Gunnerkrigg Tarot Card Project" or something like that. By the way I love the High Priestess card. Jones looks perfect, and I just noticed that Aly is hiding in the Gillitie tree.

Since DA will release the Groups function soon, I propose that instead of an account, a group for this is made, so those of us with DA accounts already existing can add their cards rather than having to upload them to a new account. OK, so we'll have to wait until they actually release it, but it'd be worth waiting for, right?

And what about those of us who don't have DeviantArt accounts?

They could still use the "Gunnerkrigg Tarot Card Project"-account.

I'd like to do the Emperor card. I'll get to work on it.
If someone else is already working on it, that's OK, I need the practice anyway.

I made a deviantart account called GunnerkriggTarot that can be found here. I sent nikita the password.

Awesome, thanks tierr4yl1bert4d (can we call you a shorter name please?). I'm just looking for an eraser to get rid of the pencil in my Judgement card. It's all inked in, although anyone can feel free to colour it once I've scanned it in.

Thanks!
So the next question is: Should everybody who has a card get the password?
Meanwhile, I'll send out PNs to everybody who participated, asking for permission to post their work on DA. edit: done. It will probably take a while for everybody to reply.

Eh, Tierra is fine. Or TyL. I dunno. I dislike nicknames, but do whatever you wish. You have not stated your place of residence or native language, but the message beneath my avatar is a translation of my name. It was a slogan for rubber workers in southern Mexico, among others.
I have no idea. Change the password to something more difficult.

So I got bored due to some insomnia and decided to rough sketch the remaining card... I hadn't been following this thread, so I hadn't been aware that Armonis had volunteered for the position. It's not finished... I still need to do the lettering, and some work around the image for scenery, and such... But that should all be fairly simple. Anyway, for your perusal, the fruits of an insomniac amateur Voice Actor's labors.
