Of all the ships, why Annie/Baz? Are ya kidding me!? They're perfect for each other! Annie's the first one who really understood how he felt, when everyone else thought they knew his story! Can't you see, he's been hiding away his feelings for her since the beginning! He doesn't show up often in the series because he's just shy! Can someone tell me how to put up a spoiler so I can reveal that I'm joking? After all, who'd ever really want a weird couple like that? Everyone knows it's all about that Red/Annie. <3 |

Name your OTP and provide a brief explanation of why it is just the best possible ship. We won't judge, I promise.
For me, it's gotta be Jack and Annie. They're both cool customers with a mischievous side. They're both fearless, smart, and more than all that, they're perceptive. They pick up on stuff other people miss.
I honestly can't say whether Faraway Morning was teasing the ship because it will actually be a real thing later on, or if it was just a little plot development for Annie and Jack really is serious about liking Zimmy. (Which, for the record, seems like a desire on par with wanting to snog a land-mine)

Maybe I don't doubt Jack's game, but even he admitted that "calling them [Zimms and Gamma] an item doesn't even begin to describe it". When your significant other has another person that has to stay close to them at all times or they become an uncontrollable reality-twisting wormhole, you might be in for a rocky relationship. Then again, having a phoenix-girlfriend who dies if you try to start a family could be rough going too. |

Well, my fave ship is Renard/Annie. Why? I just like how their relationship has developed over the comic, from him wanting to kill her to being really good friends. Some ight say renard is a father figure for Annie but I think not.
Do I think they might get together given the things we have seen? no
Do I think it will ever happen? nope, but I'm kind of hoping for it
Ofcourse there are a lot of issues with a couple like this.

Zimmy and Gamma - they're just so genuine, I suppose because of how important they are to each other.

In fact, I have a little theory that her approach with Jack had more to do with the advice she got in the forest than it did with her "revenge" cover story. |

All we require for relationships (even if it is denied) is that they logically make sense with the characters, and have hints for the relationship, before the fact. Luckily, if a mistake is made, such things are easily able to be retconned. |

No, the only evidence I've found that she's not was Annie in the forest. Otherwise she seems to be completely disinterested in sex/romance. I therefore think that she's asexual aromantic.

"Otherwise ... completely" doesn't make sense unless you exclude AitF from completeness. If you take AitF as evidence that Tom's not portraying Annie as asexual aromantic, then there's no reason to think Tom is portraying Annie as asexual aromantic.

The relationship between Gamma and Zeta is interesting because dangflab, Gamma is all in on that one. The physical stress, social isolation, and otherwise putting up with everything being around Zimmy entails, that takes dedication of an impressive order.
It does sour slightly when considering how possessive and untruthful Zimmy is. That ain't healthy. It's a good thing Antimony is there as someone other than Zimmy that Gamma can talk to (if only occasionally) to counter her acrimony. Still, these things can't be all sweet.
I partially figure Ysengrin puts up with Coyote's antics out of deep insecurity working in tandem with unrequited romantic feelings. Unrequited, but not unknown to Couote, who takes complete advantage of it to torment and extract Ysengrin's continued loyalty. I dunno.

Of course there are a lot of issues with a couple like this. #iwanttobelieve This is my favorite ship in this comic too, but I don't know how it could plausibly ever happen (barring some Disney-magic-esque crap). Also, I think Rey clearly feels responsible for Annie in a paternal manner, but could totally also have residual feelings for Surma which have transferred to Annie in a complicated way. I think they can both exist. |
