Hey guys... At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I really need those of you who read this to take a moment and vote for our actors. They spent a lot of time making these auditions and they really want to know that they deserve the roles they get. They've taken a risk by recording themselves and putting it out there in the world for us to critique. You can honor that hard work and sacrifice by taking just a moment to listen to their work, and choosing your favorite. Please do your small part to help the project move forward... the hard work's been done already, now all we need is for you to vote. Please.

What about temporarily changing the thread title - that might help.

Change the thread title to something like: "Round 3: Voting For Auditions From Chapters 5 through 9 - Vote now!!!" I could imagine this catches people's attention.
It has to be clear that it is a new round of voting - I'm sure that everyone's aware of this. (In particular people who don't follow the project this closely because they have other things on their minds.)

Ah, I see! That's a good idea. I'll do that as soon as I'm done with our current Skype rehearsals.

I see that my pleas and nikita's suggestion have netted me zero more votes...

A quick google search on form generators has given me links to a few sites. I'd recommend making one for future voting sessions, so would get more votes from passerby's.

Forms won't really work when the actual ballot needs to be send privately through PMs. I can't imagine that people really think that copy/pasting the ballot from the first post of this thread into a PM is that difficult though, really. I mean, a person has to listen to each audition and form an opinion on which one they like the best--that can't be avoided--and I would strongly suspect that it is the time that it takes to do that, not the time it takes to paste the ballot, that (if anything) is keeping some people from voting.
Now in Round 2 I understood their concerns, because then, I was asking people to rank all the possible choices, but I've gone back to only asking for their top choice. With that same process, we had 26 voters in Round 1. So I suspect the lack of voting now is due in large part to apathy rather than the voting process being too complicated.
Don't get me wrong though... your input is appreciated and I know you're just trying to help. From my perspective though, the issue, if we want to call it that, is a little different, such that having a form, even if it were possible, wouldn't really remedy the issue.

Hi, it's now a little less than 12 hours away from the deadline for voting for the special round. If you're planning on voting, please have your votes in by midnight GMT which is 6pm Central if you want to vote in this round!
BTW I'm not sure whether I'll be at the computer at that time to announce the results, but I'll announce them some time within 12 hours of the closing of the polls.

Allright! So your winners for the Special Round are:
Tea: Peachikeen
Margo: Cantabile
Thanks to those who entered! There will be no ballot to vote on until later on down the line. We will let you know when the next round of voting is due to commence. Until then, thanks for voting and please send in auditions for the remaining parts!
