Is that May 1st inclusive, or does it end at 00:00?

Hi! Please see this post. In a nutshell, it's Midnight Saturday GMT, which would make it between 4pm-7pm Saturday for US time zones.

We don't need the above message anymore since we're not using polls to gather votes for the auditions any longer.
I'll post in this thread when we start voting to keep track of how many have voted (NOT how the voting is going, just the total number of voters).

Yin I've modified the first post on this thread per your clarification. I do have a specific format in mind for the actual opening of polls, so I'll post then if you don't mind. You can keep the running tally throughout the week if you like. I've put in the first post that I want people to send their votes to both of us, just so we can cross-check each other's count. PM me if you have any other thoughts on the process. Should be pretty straightforward though.

I sent you a PM reyo, but just to offset any confusion anyone else might have, polls are NOT open yet.
Saturday at midnight GMT, which is somewhere around 6pm in the US (add or subtract for your own time zone).
We will make it abundantly clear when polls open. Also, it won't be necessary for anyone to post here saying they voted... the thread will muck up very quickly if people do. Yin will keep us apprised of how many total votes we've collected as the week goes on.

Sure, as long as no one posts a new audition that makes you change your mind.

The first post in this thread has been updated to reflect the current ballot. The polls are now open and will run for one week. Please vote!
Yin has volunteered to count the votes, and also to give us a periodic update on how many people have voted throughout the week. PLEASE SEE INSTRUCTIONS FOR VOTING IN THE FIRST POST OF THIS THREAD!
Thanks and good luck to the auditioners!

Can we vote for ourselves? Not that I'll vote for myself out of spite if I think another audition is better, we just ought to know.
Just for skipping through my bit-parts video to the bit you want: Unnamed Teacher, 0.00-0.32 Sleepy Teacher, 0.33-1.36 Evil Clown, 1.37-1.54
The teachers have two versions each, which I hope doesn't count as cheating. I just didn't know what voice to use for either of them, so they've shared two voices between them.

Okie doke, thanks. I know Anja's role's gone, but where was Rasselas' original audition for her? I can't find it. I just want to listen By the way, choosing between Meagan and Deliciouscake for Antimony was really difficult for me! I hope you both realise the stress you two put me through

Yin's username is actually sli! If we send pns to yin, some other yin will be flodded with our messages and Yin will never receive any of them.
We might have a problem here: There are two Yin: Yin and yin - and the pn script changes the recipient's user name to lowercase when you send or preview the message. In the "best" case, both Yins get the message, in the worst case, we are flooding yin and Yin never gets a message.

Oh snap. I'm not too familiar with the mass PMing system, so I never considered that. Quick edit, Casey!
And herein is the current vote count: 1! 1 vote! Ahahahaha!
ETA: I make it a total of six votes.

Did you get my votes, Yin? Or shall I send them again, but to 'Sli' this time?

At the time of this message I'm writing, I have recieved 5 people's votes.
If everyone who has already voted will re-send your votes to Yin at username "sli", that would be great. She and I will confer later to make sure we have the same totals.
I'm also editing the first post with the correct username.

Yin and I did compare notes and we are on target with the votes submitted so far.
But you know, I would have expected more total votes to have been submitted by now.
You guys, if you're interested in helping to choose the talent for this project, please go ahead and vote. We need a lot more input before we're going to be satisfied that we have a statistically significant sample.

They're both quite good.

We have a total of nine votes which is somewhat disappointing considering the number we do know are voting. Where are ya, guys?

I have to agree with you guys about Meagan and Delicious Cake. It's a very tough decision, although I'm leaning more toward DC, probably in favor of the accent.
Whoever doesn't win, I strong reccomend you put your efforts into another female cast member, like Zimmy perhaps.

Still only a total of 11 votes submitted... what's going on? There are a LOT of names that I know are interested in this project from whom we have not recieved a vote... Don't make me call you out by name! Get your votes in!!
