The answers you seek are here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, and probably a couple other spots I may have missed. All of these in direct response to the last three times you asked basically this exact same question. I'm starting to think that he doesn't really believe his own statements, but is simply trying to provoke a reaction from everyone else. Incorrect. Now that Ophel's actually properly explained it, I do at least semi-understand the opposite viewpoint, though it still doesn't make any sense to me.

That playing around with a overstressed reality warper is not a good idea ? or that snatching other people's inventions to fuel your own agenda is being a gold-tier douchebag ?

I'm starting to think that he doesn't really believe his own statements, but is simply trying to provoke a reaction from everyone else. This is indeed one of the things I was attempting to point out with my post . . . but unfortunately it seems entirely too plausible that he might really be that oblivious. "Never attribute to malice" and all that. Incorrect. Now that Ophel's actually properly explained it Ophel's explanation is indeed a good one. I feel quite confident in stating this since every single thing he said had in fact already been stated (in some cases more than once) in the posts I linked to in my previous post. Basically a troll. Ignore him. Be he troll or be he merely unwilling/unable to transcend his own obliviousness, ignoring him going forward probably would be the best idea in either case.

I suspect that he also plays Pandora in El Goonish Shive.

Sometimes Homestuck fans get as tiresome as DrWh fans. I suspect that he also plays Pandora in El Goonish Shive. No can do. EGS forum is on 910, and last my eyestalk poked into there, its moderator already had pet trolls that are gnarly enough to keep any competing species at bay, and spammy enough to drown any meaningful discussion when in feeding frenzy.

Admittedly it's irritating seeing the same posts over and over again (there's a reason his avatar is Coyote) but compared to the species of Troll to be found on other websites, he's relatively benign. I am in agreement, however, that the best path of action is to withhold food from Trolls whatever the particulars.

I didn't suggest he was playing Pandora in the EGS forum. Just in the comic itself.

Heh, I knew where that link was going before I clicked it. And I suspect that if this goes on much further again, Tom might do the same again - but a group condemnation seems like it's just going to start arguments. Ehhh that's all I wanted to say.

If you consider something trolling: obviously don't feed , and if you feel the need to clarify something please don't quote.. Often a user that is seen as annoying will already be blocked by some, but that does not help if he or she is quoted a lot. If you don't like someone's posts, and don't want to read them any more: Click username. Click cogwheel select what you want to block: Of course only works if you are logged in. doesn't seem to work in the proboards mobile app.
