At least according to Divine. These are more gray than purple, so that supports the "Not Zimmy" argument. Unless she got replaced with an automaton or something. I could see that. |

Is the mystery girl Zimmy? Zimmy's distinguishing features are as follow:
-Hair (matches)
-Pointy teeth (ambiguous)*
-Red eyes (nope)
-Gunk on eyes (ambiguous)

I'm still voting for Zookie (Zimmy/Cookie) for the moniker of this mysterious döpelganger.

So the lady is a person who regularly uses "Hey+" in greetings. Yet another strike against my first impression of her character.

That ain't no Zimmy.
Jack... does not look like 14. I'd think he gave up on Zimmy and just accepted he had a type after his spider possession.
This strengthens the notion that this chapter will be about relationship troubles, though I didn't expect it to be between Annie and her ex-not-quite-boyfriend.
I also demand that before the chapter ends this lady has to say both "peachy keen" and "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" or I vote for a riot.

Holy hell, why did I respond to a thread I had open for half an hour without refreshing?
How can they not know what ocean that is? Can the Courts location be that obscure, even from the students?
I'd guess the not green speech bubble is a mistake, anything but Jack saying it wouldn't make sense.

A: MAL is actually Zimmy, and by some bizarre trick of the gods, she's actually become docile enough to court.
B: MAL is just a strikingly Zimmy-esque girl that Jack is dating in earnest because Zimmy is too wild to approach as of yet.
C: MAL is as described above, but Jack is dating her for the decidedly futile purpose of inducing jealousy in Zimmy.
D: MAL is as described above, but Jack is dating her for the decidedly effective purpose of inducing jealousy in Annie.
E: MAL is a Daemon of the Warp or other unwholesome manifestation, supernatural or corporeal, who has ensnared Jack's affections with her strikingly Zimmy-esque looks for the furthering of some nefarious agenda.
F: CREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED!

Interesting detail in second panel, how the court has clouds covering it like a blanket that dissipates almost immediately upon reaching the ocean. is Zimmy not the only one who call Annie 'Carver'?
And a boy/girl friend who knows your biggest secret, and have the right approach going. Does wonders for people. In addition, he is one of the few who is her problem with the knowledge that he can soften or maybe can solve with a trick / device does.
ps after the rain the eye are red but maybe after a time they get black like they are irritated

Then again, Tom's comment of "These guys??" implies that we know both of them. Any other ideas? Could also be "who are these guys??". This is also a problematics page, because there are no atlantic coast places where the great solar eclipse of 1724 was full, the previous hint for the exact location of the Court. Greedily taking half a bite of my cookie for claiming this to be a Zimmy chapter; we'll see... |
