It's growing pretty fast, so I figured I should start a topic for it. If you're not in the know: www.ourworldoftext.com/gunnerkrigg So Gotolei started it, I'm pretty sure. When I found the place it was still rather small, but it's gotten big lately. There's a map down to the bottom left if you're feeling lost. Don't delete other's creations. Running over random text is fine, it seems, but ascii art is off-limits. And don't erase the terminal history because that is important stuff! |

There is a looooot of crap between the small court logo, the map, and the lower terminal. Do we agree it should be cleared out for more awesome stuff? (and possibly more map, if we start expanding north more)

I don't know how to use this. Advice for a n00b? Basically it's an infinite plain text file with the insert toggled. www.ourworldoftext.com/homeClick/drag to move around. Enter to move down a line from last click. ..that's pretty much it. More stuff in the top-right menu. |

It's gonna be cleared pretty often at this rate, it's been less than two days  I was thinking of starting one on Your World of Text, but however more developed it is evidently you can't put in links and such unless you created the pad, and it has your name in the url. So, only one person would be able to do that stuff.. And that's terrible. |

Filled in most of the map and made a new Forest sigil. And of course, I introduced my good friend, the Duke of Earl. I'm starting to think we should clear the whole thing; it's getting kind of messy. I'm not sure I get it... is there a way to zoom out? I keep getting lost and having to refresh! It zooms in/out just like a normal webpage, so Ctrl/[-/+]. I've noticed it causes a few visual glitches though. As for getting lost, if you check "show coordinates" in the menu, it gives you a general idea of where you are in relation to the start. Edit: that's a heck of a map right there.  |
