It updates in real time.
(to get technical, it checks for updates every second and loads if necessary)
(it stops sending requests when not in focus)

Oh well. At least I got two cool ASCII pictures out of it. It was going to be even better, but somebody just couldn't handle the fact that they haven't any creativity and had to ruin it.
