Some of the guesses are not incorrect but looks like there are not enough people still watching this thread to get all the items. So, more items when I can revamp puzzle. Meanwhile, another disturbing image. ...that is odd, hearing those words come of it. Its face is so blank...

Ok that'll be the first one I don't remember. Is that the old library they go through before they meet Baz or something?

Yup. I remember this one at least Whaaaaaaa? STOP THE PRESSES! LAUGHING ON LINE I only remember it because I read the early chapters billions of times. Because, you know, I thought GKC was a book series at first.

Must have been a pleasant surprise when you found it all online for free.
It would be quite an expensive series to follow if it were print-only.

I don't buy books, I take them out at the library xD So I used to borrow it daily and re read it because it was so epic. I almost bashed my head against the wall when I finally figured it out. Yeah... and it wouldn't be at the library much either

Even though I found them online before finding them in book form I mostly used the library for the computers anyway.

Getting sick of these yet? I suppose I'll start the windup to the finale soon. What?! No! ...well, I'm not really contributing, so I guess I can't say anything. The comic does have many more images that I could take for avatar-guy but the vast majority would just be slight variations on ones that have already been done. I'd essentially be repeating myself when I could move on to something new (and worse). Besides there are ones I just can not top. ^In My Humble Opinion this is the runner up. Also the revamped Halloween easter egg hunt is done. Most of the webcomics included are represented by TWO signature items now for your ease of identification. One webcomic is represented by FOUR signature... or I guess through passage of time and sheer number of updates they're now better-called semi-signature items. The genuine signature items from that webcomic are a little TOO signature for the scene anyway.

I can spot the backpack with Kusanagi's symbol and the medallion from Dresden Codak... and a lot of other things I cannot identify.
I must not read the right webcomics.

The Black Inches magazine and the Tab cola can are from Homestuck. The PACT blocks and blue T thing in the bookcase are from Ava's Demon.
Coincidentally, both of these are on megapause.

Alright, two more hints. Since Homestuck has been outed I'll confirm that it is the webcomic represented by four items so in the remaining clutter two more things are Homestuck. The other hint is that one item is out of proportion by necessity; the knife on the couch on the left should be much smaller but fitting it to scale with the rest of the picture would make it pretty much impossible to see, therefore impossible to identify. As recompense I'll tell you it comes from the same webcomic as the other knife, the one in the case. Both are signature weapons of repeating characters.
PS: Any declarations of victory should not rely on previous posts. First one with all the right webcomics without any wrong webcomics is the official winner.

Girl Genius is the golden trilobite (the Heterodyne sigil) if no one has said this already. Perhaps also the thing on top of the bookcase? Looks a bit like one contraption Agatha built earlier. Not sure there, I'm afraid. (Honestly, I was expecting to see Dingbot there, but to no avail.)

Third place goes to Treebeard. You know, that panel was a turning point in the history of Gunnerkrigg Court. A comic just hasn't fully come into its own until things like "get the human" or "what sorcery is this" or "you fiend" (when fiend is underlined with a wavy line) start rising from the dialogue naturally. Honorable mentions to Capt. Picard and Gollum (previously posted). Oops, looks like avatar-dude is starting to wear out his welcome.

My last and best avatar guy and the answers for the Halloween easter egg hunt after next comic update. Bad news: The window for you to lord it over the internet with your knowledge of tiny details from webcomics is rapidly closing. Good news: The opportunity to cry foul and demand why X number of vastly superior webcomics were snubbed is rapidly drawing near!

Of those I only read Dresden Codak and Oglaf, I archive binged some of the others or tried to. But I do like puzzles.
