I ordered two copies of AitF2, so I could give one to my niece for Christmas. The packing slip says "2", but there was only one of them in the package. Response from Topataco is an automated reply, with a link to a status check. The link doesn't work. I've sent another email to them, still no response. Any advice? Do not despair! I had absolutely the same situation with AitF volume 1. It was eventually promptly fixed, they even used reserve copies while the first batch was sold out. How are you contacting TopatoCo? The only right way is through their ticket system. As Tom pointed out, they are quite a bit busy around the holidays. My ticket was serviced in a matter of hours, but it takes them a couple of days sometimes. Edit: if their website adamantly refuses to comply, they do read their Twitter.

Been there done that. Try using http instead of https on the ticket link. Tried that, but it just goes to https as soon as I click it.

Tried that, but it just goes to https as soon as I click it. Try appending "www." to the domain name. Dunno how that would make any difference, since it already has the "www" in it. I'm guessing you meant "prepend", since putting it at the end would be counterproductive. :)

Because now I also ran into this error, bypassed it, but don't know how exactly. I just tried to log in again from the error page, while on https://www.[...] address.

A common CSRF protection is a mechanism which inserts a unique key in all POST requests.
This fails if the form is not fresh. Try a force refresh (not just refresh; on Firefox this is the difference between control+r and control+shift+r) on the page with the form? Or try a different (newly installed?) browser altogether?
Of course, it could also be a bug in their CSRF protection ... in which case there's not so much you can do. It might work, or it might fail, for reasons out of your control.

This fails if the form is not fresh. Try a force refresh Possibly. Or it reacts on referrer, or there's really some XSS (twitter got a lot of annoying junk scripts on the last overhaul) the site doesn't like. so, if the error message is still on the right URL, refresh. If it's redirected, copy the url, paste it into URL bar and press enter.

Ooh, that is excellent news. Can't wait to see what Paz gets up to in her time off.

The fingerprint was the first thing I checked for. I even check the real moon sometimes (not that it's ever there).

Finally cannon evidence for OTP AnniexJack! Big fan of the beach party that went down. And I like the concept of a close-knit society that enforces a rule of "If you harm somebody then you have to heal them."

[spoiper]How did that work with Sareed getting smacked around, though? It bothered me a little that Annie didn't ask her about that.[/spoiper]
Edit: Spoipered

Well I also hold the view that the second any society adopts a half-decent idea... that unnecessary & unjustified violence will be the direct result of the adopting of said idea. So I felt that it was a fair way of showing that the system ain't perfect. If I were in Annie's shoes, I would have neglected to ask because I would have assumed that the bruise was something that was off-limits for discussion due to the other party being embarrassed about it.

Finally cannon evidence for OTP AnniexJack! Process of elimination. Besides, the only other one left was Winsbury, and I don't think Annie's too keen on getting shot.

That should be interesting. Considering that she's becoming a more important character with every appearance lately it would be nice to get to know her more and develop her character. Covering her life outside the court would certainly do that. I get the impression that Tom's put a lot more thought into Paz than has been shown in the comic so far. Also, in an AitF2 note: Annie being given a tip about giving boys the cold shoulder might put her interaction with Jack in C34 in a slightly different light. Probably not, but that's what it made me think of when reading.

Great extra, I bought part 1(twice), but was in a lonely financial zone lately. [spoiper]How did that work with Sareed getting smacked around, though? It bothered me a little that Annie didn't ask her about that.[/spoiper] Annie may not react instantly, but I'm sure she notices. Their educational system is a bit old-fashioned maybe, threatening kids with the cooking pot. Maybe most important in the long run is her friendship with Ysengrin. He's almost a father to her.

I'm a little confused now, because having the person who hurt you make it up to you seems pretty... normal and routine for humans too?

As if regular old white lightning wasn't terrifying enough, the South has a variety of moonshine that can give you a permanent case of the blues, and not the kind that make you pluck a banjo next to Jimmy Fallon.
