perhaps tom is going to finish AitF completely before internetting it That sounds about right... starting the kickstarter around the same time, maybe, for the full volume?

There's only going to be two issues? Oh. I was under the impression that there would be three or four to the series, for some reason. Yeah, we were just musing on the timeframe for him putting it online, since he said he was going to do a kickstarter for putting the AITF issues together (...right? or did I imagine that as well? Was that only once he had other additional stories completed?)

I had though that Tom had said somewhere that it would be 3 issues in total. Anyone have a link to prove or disprove that?

The AitF wiki page says it's only two parts. Unsourced though, so take that with a grain of salt I guess. A couple quick googles didn't turn up anything.

It's way behind the present on most of the articles. I would try to fix that, but I have the procrastinations. Maybe later.

Tom confirms that it's only 2 parts in the recent livestream where he did the cover of part 2. BTW: wiki = anyone can edit it

It still has some useful information, but maybe post a disclaimer on the front page stating that the information isn't necessarily up to date to prevent bad things.

According to Tom's Twitter he has shipped several boxes of AITF part 2 to Topatoco and he will alert us when they become available.

I think he said he would stop with part 2, but then there were rumors of a "Kat on Vacation" extra comic. Dunno exactly where I heard it, or if it's real.

Rumor from beyond seems to be "Paz in Spain," evidently confirmed at Thought Bubble. That's from a number of people in the zone though, so take it with a grain a few spoonfuls of salt.

Well, he's certainly stated that he's going to do more extra comics in the future, right there on the main page, just not Annie in the Forest, any more. I haven't heard anything about Kat's vacation being a possibility, but it does sound pretty good, actually.

Ah ha! Excellent, excellent! More Jones is always more better, and this finally sheds a little more light on the mysteries of Divine.

So when Kamlen comes in to tie the thing around her hand, she didn't know what he was doing at first, and yet she still let him touch her like that; Annie def not asexual, as evidenced by the constant blushing. Plus, the later conversation with Ysengrin spelled it out. I wonder if she tries to steal Kamlen from his gf in Part 2...I wouldn't put it past her.
It's also neat to see other sides of Annie, as this showed how privileged she is.

I wasn't all that impressed by how Ysengrin was drawn in the last chapter, but he looks really cool here. One of those designs that looks better as lineart with more detail as opposed to colored and toned with less.

Something that I completely missed until reading this first Annie in the Forest...
Kamlen = Kam Len = Tam Lin
We know Tom loves to dip in bits and pieces of myth and fable, and there are certainly parallels.

Kamlen turned out to be a very nice chap, indeed. Annie seems to be shaken by all these news and drained half-dead after her freakout and circus with fireworks, though. I mean - really, do we see the same girl who played a boat motor in Spring Heeled 2, royally told off Eggers in Chapter 7, and threw Winsbury head over heels back at page #34?
