Hmmm... There are a couple of songs that remind me of GC Visions of Atlantis' Final Fantasy. Kinda makes me think of ANt's mom.
KAt Come on Peeps WHy has not anyone mentioned Oingo Boingo's "She blinded me with Science."
ANtimony: ANything by Edenbridge
Also Kerli's "Walking on air" for ant
And for some reason Everytime I see Zimmy I get Otep's "God is a gun" I really have no clue why at all but I do think of that song.

Isn't 'She Blinded Me With Science' by Thomas Dolby [with the much missed Magnus Pike]? Or is that a different song with the same title?

Certain bits and pieces of the Stardust soundtrack strike me as Court-esque.

Xera: Lliendes. Some kind of electronica/Celtic hybrid. EDIT: After further listens, I've come to the conclusion that "Valdescabres" and "Ñubes" sound the most Gunnerkrigg-ish.

"Frank Sinatra" by CAKE. The music and lyrics give off the mood of an abandoned technological complex, even though--as best I can tell--that's not what the song is about at all. "The Emergency" by Gileah and the Ghost Train. The lyrics from the third verse make me think of Zimmy:

Calibretto's "When I Think About You" is perfect for Zimmy and Gamma.

I looked though the forum and didn't find a tread for this, so I decided to make one myself. Anyway, are there any songs that remind you of Gunnerkrigg Court? I can't think of any right now, but I'll post some when I find some. Danse Macabre, by Saint-Saëns.

Given up by Linkin Park seems all too appropriate for zimmy Wake in a sweat again Another day's been laid to waste In my disgrace Stuck in my head again Feels like I'll never leave this place There's no escape I'm my own worst enemy I've given up I'm sick of feeling Is there nothing you can say Take this all away I'm suffocating Tell me what the is wrong With me I don't know what to take Thought I was focused but I'm scared I'm not prepared I hyperventilate Looking for help somehow somewhere And no one cares I'm my own worst enemy

The albums Veil and Medea both by The Sex Gang Children put me in mind of Gunnerkrigg Court. Kind of folky and fun but they have this dark undercurrent.

A Forest by the Cure seems very appropriate right now.
And more generally: Hello Mr Zebra by Tori Amos, although I don't know why. The tone just reminds me of Annie.

Led Zeppelin's Ramble On seems appropriate for what we know about Anthony Carver.
Black Mirror by Arcade Fire felt like a good Antimony theme near the beginning, or perhaps The Logical Song by Supertramp, though at this point See Me Feel Me by The Who is good.
Dreamer by Supertramp strikes me as Coyote's theme.
Smash Mouth's Sister Psychic fits perfectly with Zimmy and Gamma.

The song 10 000 days by Tool made me think of Surma, which comes as no surprise as the song (all 17 minutes and 24 seconds of it) is about the singer mourning the loss of his beloved mother. While some part's of the song don't seem all that similar to Gunnerkrigg court, the sound and the atmosphere the song evokes is fitting for GC when it's at it's darkest and most gothic moments. Search the song on youtube or google, but since it's so long it's probably broken up into two parts, so keep that in mind.

So I just acquired a used copy of Anne Briggs' self-titled album (mainly because of Tom's recommendation, and because she's cited as such an influential figure in the English Folk Revival). Surprise, surprise, Anne covers the song "Reynardine", and another song I'd never heard of before: "Willie O'Winsbury".
Apparently, the song has many variations, and is alternately known as "Johnny Barbory", "John Barbour", or "Tom the Barber", but the main gist of the song is that the protagonist of the title -- whatever his name -- is a commoner who seduces the daughter of some authority figure (usually the king's daughter). Upon being discovered, he then wins dad over with his good looks.
In Anne Briggs' version, the daughter who Willie seduces is named Janet.
There's no way in heck I'm the first person to realize this connection, but I imagine it will be news at least one person besides me.

There's a lot of songs that can be used with this comic. The song Coyote Way by Leahy would be Coyote's theme of course.
The songs by the band Enigma could be a great soundtrack for this comic.

I've been listening to The Prodigy a lot lately and have to agree with Kat that Jilted is definitely better than Fat. I wouldn't go as far as saying anyone who prefers Fat is clearly insane: it starts off very strongly with two awesome tracks, but then Diesel Power comes in and sort of ruins it all with terribleness, and the remainder is partially bland.

The Maiden Voyage by the Clockwork Dolls reminds me of Kat a bit, but mostly just the line
"we'll build the future in steel and brass"
Although if we were going to be analytical, the violins and piano provide an etheric counterpoint, airier than the lyrics.
Joker & The Thief - Wolfmother is my personal vote for Coyote & Reynardine
I don't know about anything else, I don't tend to listen to music whilst reading comics and I spend too much time thinking about other things when listening.

Whenever I think of Zimmy, I always hear that buzzing noise that plays whenever the Joker is on the screen of "the Dark Knight". Especially when her hillucinations start going rampant.
EDIT: I think Oingo Boingo's "Weird Science" goes well with Kat.
