While we're on that subject, super-special-ultimate kudos is definitely due for casual use of multitudes of gods and other mythological creatures from all sorts of cultures and pantheons - and not only making them detailed, characteristic, and realistically awesome (really, how many hours of research must have gone into it?), but having all of them smoothly interact and complement each other's myths and origin stories so that everyone actually fits into the same world. (Most religions have trouble with that.) Seriously, that is so remarkably awesome I can't coherently express my admirationafjngedkehrwfnfmsfgl. Msfgl!

Kudos for the awesome "hiatus". Nice guest strips and awesome character fleshing out with the letters, plus the beautiful sketches we got to see. Makes me wish for more bonus pages and extra content.

I've said "like Harry Potter, but without the clichés, and also cooler, with art." I still don't know if the person I told this started reading it, though. But then, she reads yaoi and is probably beyond all hope. OUCH, MY GIRAFFE what? Someone finally understands my pain down with yaoi(no offense)(don't keel me)Anyway, Kudos to Tom for publishing the book in April, when my birthday's in May. perfectly beautiful timing Tom. EDIT: What the heck? I don't recall writing "ouch, my giraffe"! Was that edited by a mod or something? Or just an automatic edit? I can't even remember the original statement but I just know it wasn't about giraffes. Hmm. EDIT 2: Never mind about all that.

It is a word filter, as Internet chat speak acronyms are not allowed on this forum. WTF, for example, is also not allowed.

EDIT: Kudos to Tom for wordfilters.

Kudos to Tom for boxbot, who has probably taught us all the meaning of life, and will probably solve all of the conflicts of the world, major and minor.

Thanks, I can't believe this thread is still going. I started it ages ago, and it's taken a life of it's own. Kudos to people giving kudos!

I personally heart the amazing amounts of occult geekery that this comic has shown thus far. That's what got me interested in it to begin with.

I read GKC for the linkages. Mythology, alchemy, and madness, it's all intricately linked with a plot so complex it's not just that Tom alone knows how it will end... the rest of us are in the dark half the time about what will happen in the next strip!
