I'm pretty sure that's not true.

I-I should not have stayed up to see this page. Oh god, I'm gonna have nightmares tonight.

I'm pretty sure that's not true. He's acting less like a god and more like that one really annoying kid that everyone was friends with in grade school and no one really knew why. Damn, word for word and everything... I might just stop relying on TBeholder to predict the future.

What is this, I don't even.
On a more practical note, I suggest skipping the traditional thread title scheme to avoid spoilers.

So does he not exist in the physical sense (his "body" is manifested through sheer etheric force or something along that line) or is he just some kind of delusion that every living thing has?

Well, this page is certainly... a page.

Considering how just last page Coyote was reacting to the narration text boxes, perhaps Coyote is going metafictional. On Monday's page, he'll try to explain to Annie that they're all characters in a work of fiction.

Suddenly, Annie wakes up from the years-long coma she's been in since Surma's passing.

So wait, is the comic gonna start going meta/breaking the fourth wall now?

Well I went ahead and finally made an account just to say: 'Whaaaaat?' I'm not even sure if he's lying or what.
This is an awesome page though, coyote's half skeleton look is great.

Well on psychological level one could argue about the exsistance or non, of anything. I guess it depends on your definition of exsistance. Kinda like people say zombies are dead even though they technically fit the scientific definition of life

Also: what.

Holy heck that last panel.
This is a very interesting twist. If it is one. Coyote would never pass up a chance for a trick.

Seems like someone earned a cookie - I don't remember who, though.
Also - Iguess that's not really anything new - Coyote is a bit of a drama queen, isn't he?
- or would be, if he existed

So instead of cliffhangering us over the weekend with what the secret is, Tom has cliffhangered us on what the secret means. Cute.
It would be hilarious (temporarily) if this was the reveal that Coyote is all in Annie's head and she's delusional.

Unless Coyote is about to lay something incredibly deep on us, I believe he's just screwing around.

Not to be boring, but I think he just means he doesn't exist in the same sense that physical beings exist. Kind of like he's a totally etheric being that just can interact with the physical world?
That's what I'm guessin', anyway.

If I were a trickster god, sometimes I'd want to not exist too. It would be very convenient.

I often feel kind of slow, when I fail to understand something that seems so obvious when I read the explanation on the forum... Now I'm kind of puzzled over people being confused by today's page. To me it seems pretty clear that what coyote means, is that he is 'animeted' by people beliving in him (or perhaps by people telling stories about him, which someone was also speculatin in one of the other threads) - which is also why he loves humans. ...or did I miss something?

So he is not exist... Physically(totally etheric being) or he just isn't alive(at this moment his body is dead)? Does this mean that Ñoyote is closer to a zombie or lich in that case?
Also: BOO)

That's what I'm guessin', anyway. I'm leaning that way, myself. There's clearly something going on, but he's shown Antimony how to make "real" things happen from the ether, so he, himself, being "real" in that sense would fit. If he gives that power to Antimony he'll cease to manifest at all, but it will save her from her ultimate fate. And confer godhood, of course...

Wooow, this page is gorgeous! I am once again in a constant state of art jealousy.
Also: This doesn't answer anything at all! In fact, it raises more questions than before! Let us hope that some of these actually get resolved by chapter's end...
Maybe Coyote will exist if I clap my hands? I believe in Coyote.

Coyote is just so awesome and all-powerful he has discovered that he's part of an online comic! Perhaps Tom's going towards the 'negative theology' thing, in which a statement like 'God is good' is false as 'good' as a term is not good enough to describe God. In the same way you could say: 'God does not exist', because we have a particular idea about 'existence' which does not apply to God since He is outside the Universe. Anyhow, not wanting to starting a theological argument here. Let's see how Tom explains or does not explain this one.

Wow, that's one hell of a response to process. You could take it any number of ways, from him not existing in a manner people can grasp or even something insane like Coyote being nothing more than a collective idea the Court unconsciously creates.
Great work on this story and the jawesome art work, Tom.
