Thanks for the advice, Tom. So I'll look for a regular publisher (agents are out of the question for now, since this is my first book, and from the research I've done so far on getting published, they're generally only interested in clients who've already had a book published).
(Though I was delighted to find, while I was visiting lulu.com this morning, that they have Henrietta Marshall's "Our Island Story" in their catalogue. I remember reading it when I was a boy; my mother checked it out of the library for me when my family was about to pay a visit to England, and it was my introduction to a lot of British history. Maybe I should order a copy from them.)

The reason why I ask is because Tom's statement above was referring to Gamma.
Feel free to ignore me if you already knew that.

Good morning Tom, here is a question for you. In the Fan Project, I've realized that we need to cast someone to speak the lines of Tea in the bonus pages. Since Tea is a bit of an unusual character, in that she transcends this work of art into some of your other artistic endeavors, we thought it would be prudent to handle her role a little differently. So my question is, what information could you tell us about how she should be voiced and played... and furthermore, to what degree, if any, would you personally be interested in being involved in the process of choosing her? If you wish, you can refer to the original thread about the subject here (though you may already be aware of this thread). I'm looking for whatever your opinions are on the subject, if any, so that we can then proceed with your blessing. Thanks in advance! -C

Woo! I'm thrilled someone hasn't asked already! Is the Rogat Orjak in today's comic Sivo?
Also, it suddenly occurs to me. Are Rogat Orjaks creatures from the forest?

She's just tired all the time. She doesn't wear makeup. So...if that's not really glossy black lipstick, I take it it's a stylized rendering of her mouth (like Anja's eyes are stylized)?

What was Annie's project for the science fair? I'm so curious. o:

Hi Tom!
Is "Ogee" the fairy pronounced with a soft G like giraffe, or a hard g like gorilla?

Hi Tom! Is "Ogee" the fairy pronounced with a soft G like giraffe, or a hard g like gorilla? It's pronounced like "Oh gee", as in "Oh gee, I am a fairy."

Did the same person who built the original Court robots - either Diego or whoever else it may happen to be - build the "robots only" complex in Chapter 12?

Is the Court secretive about its existence with respect to the general public? For example, would pupils and their parents ordinarily have heard of the Court prior to their being offered a place; or would the Court oblige parents to prevaricate about what school their children attend (f'r instance, St. Brutus' Secure Center for Incurably Criminal Children)?

It's pretty secretive, yeah. They approach people rather than the other way round.

Some of the characters have called Ysengrin "General". Is it just a title or nickname, or has he lead an army of some sort?

He titled himself as general of the forest.

Hi, Tom. Here's a question that's popped up in Monday's comic discussion thread: is Gunnerkrigg Court the only institution of its kind or are there other 'schools of the etheric' around? (I'm sorry, I can't remember whether you've answered this before.)

There are no other places quite like the court, but there might be other places involved in similar areas of study.

At the very beginning, Antimony said that Shadow 2 was only the most prevalent of several strange occurrences she'd noticed during her first week at the Court. May I ask what some of the others were?
