Is Annie part of this Omega device? (Would square with what went on between Tony, Surma, and a couple of tropical slugs.)
Kat and Annie might be a key master/lock keeper duo.
Operative word being 'might'.

Why does Jenny say "Annie, you used us to find her?!"
Umm... yes? That is what you knowingly used your magic for, Jenny, to help Annie find Zimmy.

You could say Annie is a spy program Gamma is defragmentation program to Zimmy OS Annie seems like a normal program that can help the OS do some stuff, disc clean maybe but really there to indirectly run the OS. The Court itself trying to directly change it would get noticed by Zimmy

I'm guessing it's more about Annie's intentions that actions. Obviously she "used" Jenny to find them, but now the question is did she "use" her as part of the Court plan. Given how much more Jack and Jenny (i cant resist a "heehaw!" there) have invested in Zimmy than Annie, it makes sense they would follow Zimmys jump to conclusions.

I don't think its particularly hard to find Zimmy, especially if some third rate re-tooled demon summon spell was able to do the trick

It could be that Zimmy is the Omega, and the blackness is Kat "hacking" into her. Or Zimmy is freaking out and affecting everything/everybody around her, thus Jenny's outburst. Either way, "no device" is an interesting thing to say.

Personally I wouldn't take anything of what Zimmy says here at face value. She's clearly freaking out right now, and just because she says there's no device doesn't mean that there really is none, in my opinion. We know that Zimmy perceives many things or beings very differently from everyone else. Maybe to her Omega appears as a living being, when to others it is a weird supercomputer with some Etheric whatever at its core.

Again, one of my current complaints is that the protracted vagueness seems like a contrived way to a) keep the mystery mystery-ious and b) ratchet up the drama.

So - Gamma, Zeta... and something called Omega that's NOT a device. Are we going to get into Evangelion clone-antics? Wildspec: Zeta is a malfunctioning prototype for a walking, biological etheric engine. She wasn't recruited to the Court, she was brought back in. Wildspec 2: These etheric engines needs a dampener/handler, in the form of someone like Gamma to a) control their etheric output and b) steer them psychologically to the Court's wishes. Wildspec 3: Omega, if a person, will have a similar handler called Tau, Theta, Mu, etc. Wildspec 4: Gamma, long thought a character in an abusive relationship with a smelly BPD mutant, is actually in the Court's pocket and we'll get a full-on heel turn in about three years or so.

So in my usual recap-for-my-own-sanity, I'm looking at the previous page and today's page. Just before all of this, it looked as if Zimmy was going to reveal something that was even more of a threat or worry than the Court finding her, but then Annie seems to have interrupted, insisting that the Court is still a huge threat to Zimmy.
And in doing so, Annie says the magic word. She says "their Omega Device," but Zimmy interrupts and demands to know what Annie knows about "Omega." No "device." She's seen something about it through the Ether, but what exactly she knows about it isn't clear. It's probably got some Ether-based components or other, knowing the Court, and if so, those are the parts Zimmy would have been most easily able to see.
Annie explains that they think it's some kind of computer, but then makes another misstep and goes right into how Kat wants to use it (without saying that Kat wants to do so without the Court's knowledge). And Zimmy goes ballistic. She definitely sees Omega as a threat to her (although what was the greater concern that she was about to mention?) and is incredibly sensitive about the topic. Zimmy distrusted Kat, because Zimmy can see some of what alternate versions of Kat have done in other timelines, and had only tenuously come to accept her, and the very notion (however erroneous the assumption) that Kat has access to Omega seems to confirm her paranoid suspicions. Behind Zimmy, Gamma is looking very surprised. And the tendrils of shadow are still there, as if Zimmy and Gamma have breached some sort of shadowy membrane in order to communicate.
Zimmy's paranoia then extends to Annie; she accuses Annie of helping "them" (presumably the Court) to find her. She even denies the existence of a "device" (though she divined the existence of "Omega" herself). Jenny and Jack immediately seize on this theory and think that Annie's betrayed them and Zimmy. Annie, of course, denies this; we know she's just trying to warn Zimmy, though it's not impossible that the Court may be tracking Annie's movements to find Zimmy without Annie's knowledge. Zimmy rebukes Annie for this perceived betrayal, but Annie responds with a rebuke of her own for these paranoid accusations. And then Zimmy seems to pause and calm down for a moment.
Gamma has her hands on Zimmy's shoulders after her initial surprise, but it seems Zimmy shrugs her off so she can gesture dramatically.
Jack's stare at Annie is one of awestruck disbelief that she could betray them like this, while Jenny is full-on angry. If it turns out that the Court really is secretly tracking Annie to get to Zimmy, it's going to be very difficult for Annie to convince any of them that she wasn't consciously helping them.

But if there ain't no device then what were Tony's spreadsheets for? I think they're for the star ocean. He said the weather doesn't seem to alter much, and later the Mysterious Figure said that the weather near the coast didn't change much (or ever) because it's not a normal ocean.

i would not be surprised if jack and jenny's reactions (that we can see) are completely fabricated by zeta and that we are only seeing this from zimmy/annie's perspective, where zimmy/jack/jenny's perspective is different.
