'Guess the card she's holding'- style ability?

Parley throws the whole deck at Smith, and he dodges every single card.
Or maybe Smith can build the best card house ever.
Or Smith has the uncanny ability to never lose a game of solitaire.

Friday semi-cliffhangers. Gotta love 'em.
Not sure Smitty appreciates being used as part of a novelty card trick.

I like how Parley is boisterous and impossible to ignore, but she uses that to push other people into the spotlight. (Well, less so in today's page, I guess.)

I am agreeing 100% with popo's theory. Seriously, that guy looks like he glued carpet to his forehead.
Dang, Tom makes me hate fridays. And that's just not right.

Question is, what's Parley's ability?

Question is, what's Parley's ability? cheek-grabbing and BAP!-ing?

Question is, what's Parley's ability? Maybe she NEVER STOPS. Have we ever seen her sleep? Huh?

Question is, what's Parley's ability? Yes, and Jones's ability - is it 'just' quick movement ? Did the story skip over her explanation, or is she waiting with her story until everybody has arrived ?

... Smith has a super-memory, which in turns helps him to always win at Black-Jack. ...Parley's abilities deal in talking so fast, that the other people find themselves agreeing with her - not knowing how it happened - ... Jone's, of course, is to be so cool and frightening that you cannot argue with her...you just nod Those are, of course, cool medium abilities

He can organize them by number by suit and the suits in alphabetical order before you can say "eyebrows".
Parley looks really pretty with her hair down.

'Guess the card she's holding'- style ability? Considering that Parley said " try not .. thinking about that" to Smith, she might indeed have a telepathic link to him.

Parley looks very pretty with downed hair.
And I greatly look forward to Smitty's power! Things are always more badass with cards.
...I wonder what Jo would do with cards.

Jones is not a medium because the ability to stop a sword with your face just doesn't cut it.

Mmh, I'm also leaning towards the telepathic ability for Smitty. As for Parley, I really have NO idea, she's the least medium-type person I can imagine. So I'm guessing it's something very magicky and cool to make up for her otherwise un-diplomatic character....

Is "extra normal" a common expression in the UK? I've never heard it before; I've always heard it expressed as "extra ordinary".

As for Parley, I really have NO idea, she's the least medium-type person I can imagine. She was sent forth to greet Ysegrim, so I guess she was considered the most qualified person at GKC for the job as medium. Perhaps she really is, mental-ability-wise, but her personality, as seen so far, is not well suited to that job. I'm curious, if Annie is going to get some sword-training

smith is Gambit. it's the only way. I thought the EXACT SAME THING. =O I really hope he is, actually. Not just because if he suddenly got an accent he would be 5x more wicked. (But mostly that.)

"V is very very, extraordinary" an excerpt from Frank Sinatra's L-O-V-E? Maybe I'm the only person in this forum who listens to Sinatra...

Yeah, extraordinary is usually mashed into one word from what I can tell. And here I thought "extra normal" was a unique Jones-ism.
