I have recently pre-ordered volume 5 via Amazon and I am curious about its publication status. Amazon tells me delivery is in early June 2015 with a planned date of 30 May 2015 If the experience from previous volumes is any indicator, those dates are only very rough estimates. As far as I'm aware, there hasn't been any word from Tom about volume 5 yet. But considering that so far there's been about 7-9 chapters per volume, and the last volume ended with "Changes", we'd have almost enough material for a new one by now. Give some time for the publication process and those dates sound about right. But that's only my personal guess, too, and not even a very well educated one.

Tom said volume 5 is nearly done. So I'd guess at most 1 or 2 chapter to go. Last time it took about 4 months from the last page of Changes (end of March) to the publishing date of Volume 4 (30th July). And Tom gave us a preview of the cover two and a half months before even that (14th January).
So going by last time there may be a 7 months heads up. Afaik there's no official date from Tom or Archaia.

I just hope Archaia's editors take their time and make sure the print run doesn't have any mistakes/text missing.

I have recently pre-ordered volume 5 via Amazon ... I have also placed "reorders" for unavailable volumes 1 and 2, just in case they magically become available. ... Some updates, maybe of interest to anyone trying to buy old volumes: Two weeks ago I received Volume 3 from Amazon Germany in the post and the quality looks good. Amazon emailed me to report they will post a new copy of Volume 1 - Orientation to me in two weeks (shipping from Amazon Germany). I paid 16 Euros in advance but I notice the price is now 19 Euros: www.amazon.de/Gunnerkrigg-Court-Tom-Siddell/dp/184856175X/ref=sr_1_2?s=books-intl-de&ie=UTF8Until last week, Volume 1 was unavailable or only as used copies for silly money from any of the national Amazons, but now it appears to be available "normally" from Amazon Germany and Amazon France. Amazon Spain are offering a second hand copy for 14 Euros. Curiously unavailable from Amazon United Kingdom and Amazon United States. Amazon also emailed me that they are still waiting for a delivery date for my prepaid order of Volume 2 (marked as not available but orderable). They reconfirmed the delivery date for my pre-order of Volume 5 is June 2015. In the meantime I bought second hand copies of Volume 1 and Volume 4 from eBay - ex library books. Archaia have not replied to my email query from 23 August.

Has any name been revealed for Book 5 yet, btw? Not from my searches on these Amazons: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain. Here are some URLs that I bookmark to alert me when a title appears (although I pre-ordered it anyway): French, orderable for Euros 24.96, they email when availableGerman, availability unknownItalian, orderable for Euros 18.55, availability not yet known - they emailed me expected delivery as 3 June 2015 onwards United Kingdom, GBP 14.63, preorderable - "title has not yet been released. You may pre-order" United States, no price, Currently Unavailable - they state they'll email you when it's available Curious range of prices and availabilties, as if each Amazon is a seperate company that pre-orders different batches.

Haven't been active in the forums much lately, so I don't know if this already made the rounds. I just found this. There's apparently gonna be a paperback edition of Vol. 1 coming in February. Amazon linkAs far as I remember, new editions of the old books were a decent hint for the release of the next volume. Of course a paperback version might break that dynamic.

Gunnerkrigg Court: The Sexy Adventures of Coyote, Volume 5 Keep dreaming. Also, You barely appeared in this volume? Yeah, but when I did, I killed something once AND I started a party! Lots of work for only three pages! That being said, Tom, it would be nice to see me more often! Absence makes the heart grow fonder, of course, but I'm getting antsy and otherwise I might have to trash the Court to become a major plot point again.

Quick bump: My volume 5 finally arrived yesterday, yay - I had pre-ordered it August last year. Only missing volume 2 which I'll re-re-order soon.
I've added an EDIT 4 to my top post, showing the current re-order and pre-order possibilities I've seen from Amazon Germany (only the reasonably priced offersunder 25 Euros).
