I really miss Tom's old expressive art circa chapters 25-39, especially the way he used to play with line weight, so I was in a bit of a nostalgic mood when I drew this. What I like quite a bit about this take on Kat & Annie is that they seem more mature here, as if we are peering forward a few years (30-ish?) to see the confident and powerful women these two characters are becoming. |

Also feeling absolutely the same about Tom’s earlier style, these chapters definitely were my favourite era. |

Thanks, everyone, for the kind words and welcome! Also rabbit, yes! I was definitely thinking of the older Annie/Kat we glimpsed via the Norns when I sketched them, which is maybe why they look more mature, haha!  |
