Hay everybody  I've seen a few mentions of an official Art Thread around here and I think it's an awesome idea. There are plenty of fantastic artists out there and if you are one(and even if you aren't), if you've drawn Gunnerkrigg Court-inspired fanart, please, feel free to post it here. ...Of course that doesn't stop you from making your own threads! If you want to, do so by all means. So, to kick it off, I've drawn our favourite heroine in her stylish casual clothes:  Artists, hop to it!! |

Got three backgrounds I made of GK, originally because I wanted a 1600 x 1200 background, but Tom hadn't made one. I've also redone it for 1280 x 1024 & 1024 x 768. If you're still on a 800 x 600, you're out of luck. It really is designed for 1600 x 1200, so I reccomend you use that one if at all possible. brokenglass_1024.jpgbrokenglass_1280.jpgbrokenglass_1600.jpgThe art is all Tom's, and if that's not OK I'll remove them from the forums & my webserver. I'm planning to redo them one more time, as I look at them some more I keep seeing problems. x.x Edit: I did rememebr to say I made these to be used, right? |

How is that a defense? We have not seen any of your drawings that were done while sober so we have no comaparison, you could just be hiding behind the excuse of being drunk.

It's a work in progress... but here's what I have so far.   There's still a bunch of shading to work on... and there'll be a real background, too, as opposed to the half-baked use of the motion blur filter. I'll post the finished product when I get around to... well, actually finishing it. |

Expect a Dobranoc, Gamma wallpaper as soon as the chapter is over or I see enough more to make one. Most of today's strip will definetly be in it. ^^ [198]
