So, what is Romanic Lighting anyway? Does it mean that Kat bought the lamp from Rome? Or that it is made in France? Well, Kat is part Romani. Maybe Anja gave it to her. hue hue hueWhen did they say that in the comic? o.o

Oh no! Two people can't possibly like each other a whole bunch without wanting to touch each other's privates. I'm reminded heavily of two guys I've known since college. THEY knew each other since high school, and were pretty much BFFs for life. I recall one of them actually making it quite clear to a girlfriend that, all things being equal, their old friend would come first. It just amuses me to think that, were these two friends of mine characters in a show or comic or something, shippers would be arguing their hearts out that they are totally meant for each other or something. Which would be ludicrous. Pfff of course. Friendship turned into pairings by fans. I've seen it often enough. I've even known some people to assume that I was dating my best friend, because he was a boy. hehehe. This totally reminded me of my high school. At one point, I told a friend I loved her, but I was glad we both had come to the fact that we wouldn't work as a couple. Someone else only heard the first part, and started running through the music suite that we had *finally* gotten together. So many people believed it that they told another girl, whom I was only friends with, that I was cheating on her with girl one. The hilarity: I never dated a girl in my high school. Only from others ^_^

Is anyone else confused about the order of the panels? I can't tell whether the panel in the bottom right or the bottom left is the last one.

Best friends for life and romantic partners CAN be the same people, and they often are, but they don't HAVE to be, despite what shippers like to say.

I also think that the alternate reading of this comic (where the panel on the left is the last one) is actually better (or maybe just funnier, I don't know), probably because it means that Kat and Annie are holding those faces for 3 DAYS in my head.
