He's just a big, psychopathic softie at heart! I wonder if any male has ever told Annie that she was beautiful. For her to blush, she must have never heard that from her father/anyone or just never expected it from Ysengrin. Also, this is probably accurate, and actually pretty sad. |

Happy Ysengrin makes me happy. Haha, he's so jubilant! Of course he is - Annie is his pupil who just aced an exam... and probably "his puppy", sort of. This page made me very happy, to see them interact like this after the whole 'wolf-cannon' episode. Speaking from past experience, that means this happy feeling cannot last for long... |

Her fire glands singed her pupils, too. She looks now like Kat with a pink wig. Pfft. Tom simplifies Annie's eyes in that way quite often. Also, we'd need a nose swap. |

Erm, not exactly the same exact meaning, but yeah, it could be considered the Homestuck equivalent of it. On a cold analysis it would mean that platonic romantic friendship should be is more important than weird alien sex. Regarding Gunnerkrigg... I was pretty much happy for this whole warm and happy part, until daedalus made me wake up to reality and await for things to go downhill once more. Being realistic is a terribly depressive thing, even in a fantasy world.  |

Ysengrin sounds and looks like my grandfather when he's particularly proud of something me or my sister has done. "You're beautiful, sweetie! Beautiful!" It's adorable and I love it.

I think the image of Coyote as a troll is as true as the image of a troll as Coyote.  But with Coyote's theory of Etheric critters, "others see him" can be interpreted as the cause and not an effect - then we'll have the images in the same order as listed. Instead of the opposite as we could suspect otherwise. Amusing, isn't it? |
