I bet the dinosaurs were the coolest cats on the planet. With party hats and all that.

I see that lack of emotions doesn't mean that Jones doesn't enjoy a good troll. Also, either Tom is reading the forums and updating the comics appropriately or he just knows his reader base too well.

Like what misconceptions about dinosaurs? Even she has to admit that fossils can't always tell us the full picture.
Can't jones make some occasional hints here and there to guide modern science in the right direction?

I see that lack of emotions doesn't mean that Jones doesn't enjoy a good troll. Antimony, I am sorry, this cake is delicious but it is poisonous to humans. Also, either Tom is reading the forums and updating the comics appropriately or he just knows his reader base too well. I think the latter. The comic was finalized weeks before that post.

I bet that it's Tom reading the forums and updating as appropriate. Plus he knows his reader base well.

Well, the mood lightened all of a sudden.
And just to beat the comatose horse: She has a will! Either by a whim or to achieve something else, she *wants* something!

Anyways, by glaring misconceptions, she is likely referring some to behavior, some on physiology and some on color.
I guess it would be wise of her to let humanity learn things on our own.

The modern scientific community could never grasp the Tree Pusher-based economy.

The modern scientific community could never grasp the Tree Pusher-based economy. LAUGHING ON LINE. Annie, ask her about the causes of the exinction of the dinosaurs! And her experience of the chixicklub impact! Or better yet, ask her what Coyote asked to ask about the stars (unless that was coyote trolling Annie).

Annie should've said "please." Perhaps that would've worked. Hehe. Or the good ol' "Pleeease? I'll be your best friend!" ;D

I don't think she is THAT knowledgable on technology, she's referring to letting humans learn about the past and how things work ourselves rather than an immortal entity tell us exactly what it is.

The chapter ends are usually on Mondays, right? So we get at least 3 more pages. I wonder if there are going to be any more startling revelations.

Or better yet, ask her what Coyote asked to ask about the stars (unless that was coyote trolling Annie). When was that? Her second visit to the forest I think? Maybe third.

Yeah, that's probably true. Still, if somebody knew it would be her. Annoyingly convenient that she has that particular principle, although I suppose without it there would be very large plot consequences.

Jones shows that humour is a dish best served dry.
Also, she'd look totally hot/cool in a tee emblazoned with: 'Spock lives!'

How could we learn on our own something that can no longer be observed? Unless we get all Jurassic Park in here, I doubt humans will learn the behavior of a dinosaur any time soon... Same with any dead languages and other things completely lost to time. Sometimes there just aren't enough tools in the world. (This is assuming magic can't fill the gaps. Or maybe she's just waiting for humans to fully embrace magic.)

Her second visit to the forest I think? Maybe third. Yanno, it feels like so long ago, but it was basically what Coyote told her right before she came here to talk to Jones. Other than the altercation with Ys, of course.

Ha! Thank god Annie remembers the most important rule of storytelling!
Everything is better with dinosaurs! ;D
Shame Jones is such a party pooper.

She at very least learned how to be a great tease. Or she just wanted to see Annie making adorably hilarious faces.

Random observation, but Jones' symbol looks like the Seal of Phobos from W.I.T.C.H.
