Although Gunnerkrigg Court is one of my favorite (web)comics, it is sadly lacking in the ninja-department. Not to worry though! This is probably what Gunnerkrigg with ninjas would look like: drmcninja.com/page.php?pageNum=2&issue=7Read the rest of Dr. McNinja too, it is really quite nice. I mean, it has a doctor, which is also a ninja, and Irish, to boot, fighting Ronald McDonald, giant lumberjacks and even mexicans gunmen on raptors. How much better does it get? Edit: Irish, not Scottish. Damnit. Good thing I read the whole thing again.

I'm always a fan of guest comics like this, but it's so much better when it's a good artist doing a good comic, and the character was dead-on, to boot.
I had to laugh when I saw the ads at the top of the page for 'Ninja Gear'.

Ah man, it's so great. WWBD?
Edit: In fact, I got interested in GC 'cause of the guest comic.

Sure, sure. Dr. McNinja comes from a family chock full of Irish Ninjas (the existance of Irish Ninjas is too complicated to explain, so just accept it for now). But Dr. McNinja isn't only a ninja, though. As you might have guessed, he is a doctor as well, and his parents feel that that makes him less of a ninja. His mother is kinda passive-aggressive with her disapproval, leaving pamphlets featuring jobs more suitable for a ninja lying around whenever he visits home. His father shows his disgust openly, though, verbally mocking him and such.
The guest comic Mr. Siddell drew just features yet another scene of such horrible acts. The little ninja in the classroom is, of course, the young Dr. McNinja, and the adult ninja was his father, cruelly ostracizing him from his peers for what's likely to be years to come.
It's quite tragic, really.

Hilarious, indeed! Honestly, I wouldn't even know about Gunnerkrigg Court if not for THAT guest comic. The hilarity of it all, and the great art instantly attracted me here. If a ninja busts through a wall, tells you that you suck and then beats a hasty retreat, it MUST be true!
