Your very last sentence actually undoes your argument warrl. Since we're already talking about me anyway (for some reason) it might or might not surprise you to learn that I lean just slightly towards the introverted side of the MBTI.
At some point I turned to writing as sort of a way to collect my own thoughts, like one would use a journal or diary. So what you see written here is NOT, as you yourself pointed out, a social interaction where you have to deal with people. I don't consider us to be having an active conversation. I'm writing thoughts, and at some later point you will passively read them, and you might write your thoughts, and some later time someone will read those. My writing is a manifestation of my internal monologue, not an external dialogue.
On an unrelated note, I think you guys are pretty judgmental... among the most judgmental people I've encountered on message boards. You really have to think pretty highly of yourself if you think you can sit here and say what I do and don't have difficulty doing. I'm trying real hard not to be deeply offended, but I've been through just about enough of people saying slanderous and hurtful things about me in the last 24 hours, and I'm going to ask you, politely, to apologize and take your judgments back and keep them to yourself. Or even better, don't make them in the first place.

Or even better, don't make them in the first place. I'm sorry you feel that way, but could you please identify just what it was anyone said that you thought was slanderous or hurtful? As for judgmental, of course people evaluate and categorizes other people they interact with. That is not inherently judging people in the sense of estimating their "worth" (although, I readily acknowledge, some people do so). All we have to evaluate you on is what we see here. As I indirectly noted, message boards are a situation where introverts can seem a lot more sociable than we are in physical life. Thus feeding into erroneous categorization. But NOT categorizing people is usually a mistake.

I didn't like that you made assumptions about what I am, and based on that, what I'm capable of. But listen: I had a longer post here explaining exactly why I didn't like that, but really, I'd rather just put it aside for the sake of board harmony. I like this place, though it grates my nerves sometimes, but it's better than not having this place at all.
I hope that you can agree that making direct statements about another person (especially baseless ones) is out of bounds for these forums, and I hope you choose to not do it anymore, or erase it, or say sorry, or whatever.

I'm starting to wonder if this entire comic was inspired by Kate Rusby's songs. Well, Ms Rusby wrote the song "Awkward Annie" herself, and didn't release it until 2007. So if there's any connection beyond coincidence ( holy carp look at the album cover!), then it's the song that's a subtle shout-out to the comic. Which, as awesome as it would be, seems unlikely.

It could just be Tom's comment that's a reference to Kate Rusby.

If only we'd seen Annie go fishing at some point, that would be even cooler. As avid fans we need to keep an eye out for interviews with Miss Rusby, see if she mentions us the comic.
