Wow... It worked?!
I didn't expect Grumpybot to actually be attached to the door, but that's really awesome! His eyes are green now as well.
And I love Reynardines comment- that's perfect for him.

O sweet mirthful joy! I cannot believe it actually worked! I now rename Grumpybot to Gullibot, as in Gullible with a capital G.
Even Annie was surprised it worked. And Reynardine is just shocked. It looks like she's actually earned a modicum of respect from the ol' dirtbag.
Tom, you just get better and better. You just made my night. Many thanks!

Mostly dealing with a door robots seems to be akin to trying to crack an access password. You have the chance to get it wrong a few times.
Plus LOGIC is the primary engine of the robot mind! Thus a logical person like Annie could easily sway a robots thinking.
"Do not let her speak or she shall enchant us all!"

Her Plan B was to hand him a piece of paper reading "This has been intentionally left blank" and then take cover in the ensuing implosion of logic.

Count me as another person amazed at how gullible the poor door-bot can be. But it got our heroine and Reynardine inside.
Incidentally, shouldn't the title be "Robots Never Lie"?

Reynardine's comment says everything I have to say on the matter.

Her Plan B was to hand him a piece of paper reading "This has been intentionally left blank" and then take cover in the ensuing implosion of logic. I think that Annie's too kind-hearted to use that strategy.
