Kat's working. She's letting the Seraph(s) help. Robot's getting a bridgeboard/interface/interpreter thinger, if previous pages are anything to go on.

Presumably Annie and Renard's conversation from the previous page continued, but here we focus on Kat's work. Tom's comment is "Working," and other than that there's no dialogue on this page. We first see a number of parts and cables apparently materializing with some electrical lightning around them. I'm not sure about the lightning – did Kat try to materialize a larger machine, and did it appear in pieces as did the radio and the name book? But in the next frame, we see Kat directing one of the Seraphs as it apparently assembles some apparatus on top of her growth tank, which is partially filled with fluid. We then see from a distance a figure, presumably Kat, observing the growth tank, which is now nearly full of fluid. Then we see a closeup of Kat, apparently working on Robot, seemingly attaching circuitry and cables to the back of his head.
And finally, we see Robot floating in the growth tank, with cables and/or tubes attached to his caterpillar-like body, as Kat and Shadow look on. Robot doesn't seem to be in any distress, but nothing appears to be happening yet. The potted-plant tendrils grew immediately and drastically, but that doesn't seem to be happening here – though Kat probably doesn't want anything drastic occurring to Robot, so she's probably being very careful. What's the goal here? I'm assuming the direct aim is getting Robot connected to some external infrastructure again so he can at least talk, maybe with the eventual goal of getting him a functional body again. In the process Kat may learn more about how to interface her tech with the Ether; that may also be a goal.

"He's alive! He's alive!"
Oh wait, he already was. Carry on then.

Filled with the salty tears of all the heartbroken Seraphs that pine to be like him.
