So, what is that thing Kat is looking at? Is it the thing with the arrow?
Edit: Also, I'm sad we didn't get to check in on Renard this update.

I think that the two panels from the last comic are a continuation of the theme of Annie's etheric conversations not being shown. This is REALLY CLEVER. We are seeing Omega's point of view, and we have NO CLUE what Annie is planning. My guess would be that Renard has been attempting something in the ether for a while and is taking its toll on him.

Well, if generally what you do with seeds is plant 'em, what you do with water creatures is put 'em in the water. So Robot probably won't get his grand exit yet

Looking kinda like the computer she used to observe the transfer over Rey to Annie I was thinking it’s large enough and similar enough in shape to be one of the synthetic bodies that Kat’s been building for the court robots. Perhaps even a body built specifically for Robot. We did see them starting the conversation about what he would like his body to look like.

Robot becomes bug puppy. Yep, that's what I was thinking too. "Oooh, dangerous assignment that might kill me! I may yet get to live out my twisted fantasy!"

We don't see Annie's interaction with Renard, but presumably that's going on off camera, as Kat is now looking across the room at one of the CPU seeds gathered by the New People. She's thinking about how planting the "data seeds" they got from the Foley classrooms has resulted in this tendril growth, and she's wondering whether planting the CPU seed would cause it to ethereally interact with her equipment. But she doesn't want to risk damaging one by burying it in dirt. She's just thinking aloud.
That spurs Robot into action. He can't talk, but he starts to squirm around, jumping out of Shadow's arms and onto a table, where he swishes his tail about a lot. "Use that thing!" is Tom's comment. Kat asks him if he wants to volunteer, and he nods. Kat refuses to bury Robot, but then starts to think that she may not have to, as she looks across the lab toward some old equipment covered in tarps. What's under there? Something we've seen before, or something else?
We don't see Annie or Renard at all in today's page, so my guess is that Annie's asking him what's going on. Is he going, "Ah ... we are witnessing the birth of a new deity," or is he upset about something, or is something affecting him oddly? Or do they just want to talk in the Ether about something that Omega can't overhear?

My first thought was it could be the original Seraph chassis, but I don't know why that would be. Looking at it again, it's clearly a Vorlon encounter suit.

To my eyes, the shape looks like this object covered by a sheet. *** About Annie's and Renard's secret idea, would it be funny if Annie said out loud she had an idea, as a distraction for Omega? Whether someone actually had an idea or not, the trio would try to communicate securely anyway, so they might as well spread a little disinformation that might turn handy later: Panel 6 "Quick, Renard! Act all mysterious to distract Omega from Kat's progress before Omega ponders if, as a distorted computer herself, she really should let Kat learn how to manage computers in the distortion!"

Logical extreme: What if the whole comic has been from Omega's perspective?

Logical extreme: What if the whole comic has been from Omega's perspective? Well a lot of the chapters wouldn't have been shown Yes, basically no stuff going on in the ether could've been shown. Also, people often seem to forget that Annie has been the narrator since page 1. Unless the comic ends with Annie remembering that she is Coyote, too, which is an ending I don't wish for.

BLOWN. (I mean, it's unlikely because we see into the ether and stuff, but the concept is still mind blowing!!)
