and this looks like an imperfect echo of either Coyote's death (I see similarities in expression with panel 1) or Loup's rampage (notice the tooth gap, albeit in the wrong place) way before it ever happened. From the hooves and the flatness of the teeth, the animal of the vision seems to be an herbivore. Maybe it's just a vision of the car running toward her.

So… while we’re on the subject of that whole Kat kills Zimmy[...] prophecy thing…👀 I really think we shouldn't treat this as a prophecy of any kind. Zimmy is not known to have any prophetic powers. She is, however, known to be extremely paranoid and regularly seeing people and monsters being after her. [/quote] I suppose we'll have to agree to disagree on that. Zimmy may be paranoid, but she has more than enough reason to be, given how the court and others have already exploited her over time. The current situation is a prime example of just how justified her paranoia is. She knew this was coming, and she was right. I think there is strong textual evidence for Zimmy seeing things in ways other character's simply can't and understanding them in ways other's don't. And her ongoing mistrust of Kat goes all the way back to the earliest days of the court, starting with the science fair. She references the prediction that Annie will kill Loup, a long standing prophecy that as far as we know she wouldn't have direct knowledge of, at the same time she brings up Kat killing her. Gamma has also mentioned to Rey foreknowledge of Kat's fate w/out Annie that tracks with what we know about Kat re: the visit with the Norns. All that may be a red herring, but it looks a lot like foreshadowing to me.

It took me a long time to find it but Zeta said that the kids in Chester had been left to fend for themselves, and that was back in Ch. 74. On the page after that she went on to say that classes and experiments have been shut down which suggests that what the Foley kids were doing was work in some way supporting the Court, possibly the Star Ocean. On further reflection: Because of the Foleys' situation (no parents or guardians to go back to) I can't exclude the possibility that it's just busy work. Keeping them churning keeps them from discipline lapses or too much thinking (keeps them from becoming anything other than drones) and intentional or not keeps them from being aware that their lives are being drained.

That thing has hooves and flat teeth, and on the previous page you can see its generally looking very bovine-like. Since in reality it was a car driving towards Zimmy, I think it was simply meant to be exactly that - an angered cow/bull rushing at someone.

(Continuing my catchup.)
Annie is still dealing with what they've discovered. She tells Kat what Tony told her, that the Court is just drawing energy from the distortion and burning it away to run the star ocean, or something like that. She says that she can tell by looking at the Foley students in the Ether that the star ocean is also burning their energy, and that they're unaware it's happening. Then she says it's similar to how she could see Andrew's powers, only in this case it's draining Ether from them. Now, although seeing Andrew's powers involved seeing threads leading from his fingers to things and people, and this involves tendrils leading to people, I don't think she's talking about the tendrils that even Kat can see here; I think she's talking about what she can see in the Ether – the students can't see their Ether being drained, but Annie can.
Annie angrily states that she can't believe the Court would do something like this, but in that way where you say you can't believe it when you really can. It's more like she's having a hard time accepting the enormity of it. Kat tries to console Annie but adds that she wishes she could see it too; she feels useless because she can't operate in this arena. The fact that we aren't being shown what it looks like in the Ether either (hehe) helps us understand how Kat feels. There's always the possibility that what's going on in the Ether isn't exactly what she's describing because she's hiding things from Omega, but there's no way to know at this point.
