Other possibilities: - Annie gives Coyote another spankie. - Lana gives Coyote spankies.

While Annie is holding the GiggleBlade(TM) Jerrek stabs himself with it, effectively stopping Coyote.

While Annie is holding the GiggleBlade(TM) Jerrek stabs himself with it, effectively stopping Coyote. Oof. I didn't even think of that one but it would be absolutely tragic. Amazing how I completely went from hating Jerrek to rooting for him and Lana to have a good ending.

In fact, the whole point of this arc is Coyote wanting to experience new things, Death, as one. BUT also there are things beyond his grasp, that he can only experience by NOT being Coyote: Love, Betrayal, Sacrifice... I wildspec that Coyote in the end will absorb Loup and batch process all Jerrek's experiences, like gourmet delicacies: "Mmmh, that first kiss of true Love, so delicious! And the Panic felt seeing Lana about to die! Delicious, yes, yes!"

Just because it isn't an option in the poll, I vote for: Lana doesn't need to get out of anything because Coyote is bluffing.

There is also another big arc: the court's plans to leave the planet. www.gunnerkrigg.com/?p=2740That page indicates that Loup will be very much alive when the court's plans... lead to "those left behind" and "Loup's bitter wrath".

Lana is part of the disguise. If Loup can fake one body, he can fake two.

Lana is kill, Kat make live again In light of today's page, reeeaaalllly hoping that's a possibility, cause that was a rather brutal, callous, and abrupt ending for poor Lana......assuming she's not still alive somewhere inside Coyote. He did eat her whole after all just like Agent K deliberately had happen to him in the first MIB film. When you're a creature of such massive size, after a certain point swallowing things whole in anger becomes inevitable.

I guess Kat might have her original conciousness backed up somewhere from when she did the original transfer between bodies, but that would mean a re-created Lana wouldn't have the memories from her time as a New Person, and wouldn't be in love with Loup anymore

Except Robot would have noticed that there is no "Lana" among the real numans, just like he noticed there is no "Jerrek".

I missed the poll! But I'm betting Coyote confronts the Seed Bismuth and is forced to expel Lana

This has been my theory. Lana's eyes always looked a little too knowing. And she was enjoying playing the tease at first, esp. about other boys. I am not so sure about this... Jerrek was busted because Robot knew about every one of the new people, and he wasn't on the list... If Lana is the Dead Goose Wife, then she should be busted too by the same logic. Of course, it is still possible that this is the case, and our protagonists do know that this is the case, and they are just holding back this information for some clever reason... ... but I think (and I hope) that Lana really IS (... or was... we'll see...) one of the new people, that Kat had the ability to screw up Coyote's plans, and that he really has absolutely no idea what is going on right now
