I honestly cannot see how this alters Coyote's plan at all... if Annie is truly destined to stab Loup, does it really matter whether Loup is in love with her or not? And why on earth it's essential that Coyote gloats about it?! (I mean I guess there ARE reasons, otherwise this plot would not be happening; I just can't see what said reasons are!) My best guess right now is that the plan included bringing Loup into such a horrible situation that Annie would mercy-kill him out of love and compassion after Loup begs her to.

I remain puzzled by what Coyote's actual plan was, and why he went to so much effort (and pain) to set it in motion. I wildspec that Coyoto-Roboto not only wanted to experiment Death, that was beyond him, but wanted to experiment Love and being Betrayed/Angst, something ever beyond its mean
