Flowers?
Guess the ones she kept receiving had to be put somewhere. Can't help but wonder if this sort of attention won't end up going to her head eventually, though.

Kat put them there (using her computer's teleportation ability) but either lost track of the number or forgot about the flowers entirely. Not sure if she managed to forget about feeling "super crummy" for a while or was just struck by the mass quantity of flowers representing the Noobmans' collective well-wishes or both, but the final panel of the reaction montage seems to be a positive note.

I'm hoping the flowers influence Kat to make a garden, or a habitat of some sort, which will hopefully influence her to remember Paz and the lessons she taught her in not always playing god.

observations
Kat is slightly tired of being anyone's angel.
Kat has always been uncomfortable with praise.
Kat will nevertheless accept these in the spirit(s) in which they were offered, which means 173 individualized thank-you notes or other gestures of appreciation. Time to get to work! Hm, she could procedurally fabricate them from the personality metric estimates that she threw together with Robot's help...nah, they wouldn't be as meaningful then.
Besides, Kat needs a distraction. Something to make sure she doesn't fat-finger (neurally speaking) the six other cage devices aimed at Annie's repentant stalker. OK, her latest repentant stalker. Speaking of...have the Seraphs have learned their lesson yet? She should check with Robot about how how their social rehab is going...but first, work!
robots do not repent they only course-correct this requires correction

But who's the guy in a tracksuit near a box, with a second obscured dude beyond him? I had read that page as if they were delivery guys bringing all those flowers at once
(edit: OH. Nevermind, I had missed the last update and hadn't seem the ex-robots with the CPUs in the previous scene)

I think Kat just got a big reminder that these Noobmen are real people, not just robots. Jerrick's willingness to undo some of the damage he caused may just convince Kat of his sincerity. That being said, Kat and Annie still have plenty of reasons not to fully trust Jerrick/Loup, and I'm not sure WE even know how sincere Loup/Jerrick is right now. He's being less volatile than he was before he met Lana, but he's very young for such a powerful entity and in a puppy-love stage with Lana, another spiritually young creature. There's no guarantee that his volatility will continue to ebb, especially if his relationship with Lana turns sour. Kat and Annie may be less willing to treat him like a POW while they figure out what to do about him. As per usual, I'm not sure what the hell Tom's aiming at, and any guess I do make will probably be wrong.

If those flowers have been there like that for more than a few days, I hope the smell of new flowers over-powers the smell of the old ones. The bottom of that pile must reek by now.

I love the last panel expression so much. All three bottom panels, as a matter of fact.

If Gunnerkrigg's flower industry is anything like the one around here, down at the flower mart there's some street corner flower peddler saying "you would not believe the week I've had.... better than Mother's Day or Valentine's Day even... all these weirdos saying they were for the angel..."
"probably some cult"

[workshop choked with flowers]
"Say, keeping all the flowers here is obstructing the Angel's work."
"I know! Let's make a specialized place for the storage of flowers and other symbolic gifts to the Angel."
"It should have plenty of space for all sorts of stuff and maybe some sort of image of the Angel since she can't be there in person."
"...and we shouldn't skimp on the construction, either. The place should be suitably ornate and beautiful, even grand. Just any image of the Angel won't do, it should be a proper large painting or even a monumental statue."
"We'll need people to manage this storage. Maybe they can all wear some special uniform to signify they work there, something suitable for the place."
"People will want to contemplate the Angel and her work while they're there dropping off their gifts. We'll need enough seating for them, and also maybe a place for workers there to make announcements about the Angel."
"You know, some music would be nice..."

I'm hoping the flowers influence Kat to make a garden, or a habitat of some sort, which will hopefully influence her to remember Paz and the lessons she taught her in not always playing god. I think that would be a nice and surprising outcome of this whole thing. While it might take a while, since the pain is probably still too raw for her to really work through, when she can look at things more objectively hopefully she can remember the good lessons she learned from her first real relationship. That's all most people can hope for when a relationship ends, to have learned both good and bad things from it.

That's a lot of flowers. Is there a florist or an area where wildflowers grow? That many nice arrangements brings up another "where the heck do all these supplies and materials come from" moment.

Coming back from vacation and catching up. I'm doing the usual thing where I'm not reading other people's comments before writing this; I'll read them afterward.
Continuing from the previous page, we see a New Person doing something involving the crates of CPUs that have been recovered from all the robots Loup just recovered. We then see Kat running through her lab, looking behind her. But looking ahead of her, she sees a room full of flowers – probably all the flowers brought by all the New People who have been coming to support her after her breakup. This seems likely to be where she's been teleporting them all to. Kat goes through a series of emotions in the last row of panels – astonishment (that there are so many, perhaps), then sadness (probably because this reminds her of the breakup), then some sort of wistful sigh (maybe thinking about how sweet the New People are being).
