Well, it is not like he is not authorized to be in the Court

This is a lot less dramatic than expected but also literally everything the robots see are over dramatized (hence what I assume that beginning chapter image is told by the perspective of a robot) so I guess it works out.

Panel 5: That looks like Boxbot in the foreground. Proof of sincerity = resurrection of Boxbot = stabby stab

Jerrek Christ (Superstar?)
God comes to Earth as a human.....oid robot body
Hated/ feared by the court
"Betrayed" (by Robot)
Doubted by Rey
Perform a miracle, raising from the dead (sort of), even
The last step ought to be sacrified, i.e. killed by Annie.
If the robot cult already has an angel, I wonder how they'll interpret this.

So far it looks significantly less dramatic than when it was first alluded to. I'm a bit disappointed, even though it was to be expected.

Well, as step one of his atonement, it makes sense. The least he can do is to help recover those he buried in his fit of rage.
I think it shows how far he's come since he first fell in love with Lana. He's not just a psychopath obsessing over this one girl. He's started seeing the people around him as, well, people. The old Loup would never even think of doing that.

I feel I should observe in passing that unearthing the buried robots is something that they could do (and have been doing) on their own. Unburning Renard's original body, on the other hand, I think is still beyond Kat's abilities. Of course, he may not want to show sincerity to Renard, just to Antimony, Lana, and maybe Kat... not that I really expected Jerroop to give Renard's body back, since we did see the robot resurrection preview, but I thought it was remotely possible and would be a good sign.

No dialogue on this page. They climb a hill in the ruins area, then we see Jerrek standing there, looking out at the expanse of dirt and ruined buildings. He raises his right hand, palm upward. The ground bulges in spots, then the buried robots begin to emerge. We see a final frame of the robots emerging from the soil, with Lana, Jerrek, Renard, Annie, and Kat standing in a row in the background, Jerrek still holding up his right hand. Tom's comment: "There goes the jobs in this town."
So it would seem that Jerrek/Loup is unburying all the remaining robots, saving the New People a lot of work, though they still have some work to do, collecting the CPUs from them. The biggest benefit may be that this way, they're less likely to miss any that can't be found. However, does this prove Loup's sincerity? It's just another trick, though a beneficial one. How does this prove that he doesn't want to follow Coyote's plan anymore? At any rate, we now know how the robots rise from the earth.

Kat gave Loup boundaries, Robot won his trust, Annie taught him fear, and Lana taught him love. Thus did the Angel and her instruments domesticate a divine beast and make him fit for the Great Work. *Edit* It's interesting to compare this to the Court's failure to tame Renard a generation earlier--or maybe it would be more accurate to say that his domestication process just took a lot longer. Surma inspired love, but Coyote told him he need fear nothing. It took spiritual bondage to Antimony to give him perfect boundaries, and friendship with her and Kat to teach him trust. As for Ysengrin...well, let's just say Coyote's not much of a dog trainer.
