He doesn't lie, but if he pretends to be a dead goose hard enough, he'll be able to do things dead geese can do*, thanks for the update, girls.
*Where "dead goose" is to "rot" as "Numan§" is to "lie your hole off"

Some crazy possibilities:
Loup restores Renard's original body
Loup releases Ysengrin from within
Loup gives Renard the power of Coyote
Loup starts singing show tunes

Most likely possibility is that he offers to restore Renard's body. Given Loup's not an idiot, he's got to know that blatant act of cruelty was the tipping point for Annie, and fixing that could solve a lot of the stress between them. But we haven't seen him do anything godlike in a while, including shifting back to his standard canine body. Heck, he hasn't even shifted his form around to weird hybrid bodies in this chapter like he was doing when cuddling with Lana. He may have gone dead goose enough that he can't access his powers anymore and Annie will end up thinking he's just jerking her around again.

Jerrek is on his hands and knees in the cage; we see Lana looking at him in concern and Annie looking at him in ... we can't really tell. He says he's a changed man ... err ... hybrid canine god in the form of a synthetic humanoid. Renard says he's a liar, but he appeals to Annie, saying he doesn't lie; when he wants to do something he just does it. Of course, Coyote was no liar, but he often omitted crucial information and presented the truth deceptively. I can't think of any times Ysengrin lied to Antimony. But none of that is necessarily related to whether Loup lies. He's deceived – disguising himself as Jerrek, for one thing, and there was that time when Kat was trying to ensnare him and he created a Loup body separate from his Jerrek body. But is that lying?
But then Loup/Jerrek has a realization. He's thought of another way in which he can prove his sincerity (i.e. about no longer wanting to follow Coyote's plan). But what it is will have to wait, because that's the end of the page. I can speculate – he says it's something he can do, rather than something he knows and can reveal. What exercise of Loup's power could possibly prove to Annie's satisfaction that he doesn't want the tooth back? Could he let Annie talk to Ysengrin again? Could he give Annie the rest of his teeth (i.e. sacrifice a great deal of his power so he was no longer a threat)? Those are what I can think of for now. We'll find out soon, though!

Do a Let's Play series. Maybe on some Star Ocean games.

Oh please let it be this one. Or, be a little subtle about it, so that Jerrek's pleading coerces Annie into stabbing him. OR, he does the raise the dead (robots) thing first, and then lets Annie kill him, to complete some sort of Jesus analogy.

He did shift his face to a more dog-like one in panel 5 here.

Given Loup's not an idiot, he's got to know He is not an idiot, he’s a moron. Literally. It’s the most obvious of disastrously moronic ways to “help” them in something he knows they are trying to do… So the signs point at “yes”.

If your local trickster god says he "a changed man," changed into a bumanoid robot man still counts.
