Ooh, fun flowers in the chapter icon thing.
Although worryingly the first thing it reminded me of was the meadow of flowers from the Sprouted dead in Grim Fandango.

I have a terrible feeling we are finally going to learn about Boxbot. And about who Annie has secret crush on... Boxbot. And with Paz out of way, Kat will fall in love with Boxbot as well. And then all those other robots will get terribly jealous.

Clouds and heaven come to mind.
Perhaps its more Angel shenanigans now that her anchor has been cut loose?

New chapter! The title, "About Those Robots," seems to be an answer to the question, "Hey, didn't the previous chapter start with a bunch of robots rising from their graves and end with no further mention of them?"
The title image appears to be some white clouds, but they're arranged in a circular way, sort of like a frame. I half expect it to open to reveal the image of God from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. And then there's the chapter icon, which appears to be a closeup of a cluster of flowers.
What's any of this mean? Well, it seems likely that the titular robots are probably the ones seen rising from the ground on the narration page that started the previous chapter, because it telegraphed that we'd be seeing that once some sort of initial aside was out of the way – one in which Kat went too far, perhaps.
It may be that Kat's going to use her newfound techno powers to make it even easier to locate the rest of the robots that remain buried. I mean, the "rise from your graves" image is marked as a dramatization, so perhaps it really just means that Kat can now do a full scan and give all the New People a list of exact coordinates for where to dig, along with assurance that once they go down that list, they'll know that they've unearthed them all and can turn their attention to other issues. They won't have to keep searching, potentially indefinitely. Or perhaps Kat won't need anybody to dig them up – perhaps she can remotely contact them and transfer their consciousnesses into new bodies.
Are there any robots who don't want new bodies? Maybe there are some who would prefer to stay in their old mechanical bodies, if only they weren't buried under tons of pseudo-dirt. And are there any robots who don't believe in the Angel religion? What's going on with them? Are they still getting rescued and getting the offer of new bodies? Or is Robot quietly having their CPUs stored in boxes so it looks like the new religion is universally accepted?
Anyway, there are the clouds, which might be something that the rescued robots will be experiencing, as in "She Gave Us an Ocean." I'm not sure about the flowers, though. Flowers make me think of Aata and his powers, but he still seems reluctant to use them, and those don't look like the same kinds of flowers that accompanied his uses of his power. Maybe flowers have been growing over some of the buried robots.

50% chance the first page is Robot telling a story 50% chance it's weather bot noticing the change in Kat and reporting to Robot 20% chance of it's Lana watching TV about zombies

"On the day the robots arose from the soil, seeking answers. Confused. Dazed by what had befallen them. Just before that day, the aliens came from across an ocean filled with stars. Seeking, too, for a strange essence they only knew as 'ether'...
And on the morning of the day the robots rose, the guides came forth in splendour, seeking Annie, to tell her of her tasks, on top of mediating for the ether seeking aliens...
And at the dawning of the day the robots rose, to alien pilgrims and heraldic psychopomps. Kat perceived the true intent of Omega, and quailed at its meaning.
For on the eve of that day, the final, alien, death guide, robot day Beloved Paz had left her a parting gift: a cup on which was blazoned: 'Let the stress begin' "

"She Gave Us An Ocean" doesn't show S13 give the pipe maintenance bot any kind of choice. It's all "you will" and "you must". I doubt many robots even realized they had a choice (and even then it might be not much of a choice, they might still be stalled when using their original CPUs, and nobody was working on fixing that in a way which allowed the robots to keep using their old bodies). But even if the shield protocol was deactivated, somehow I don't see S13 telling them.

We got a foreshadowing of it in the Sky Watcher chapter, for that matter, where Robot simply tells Sky Watcher to come with him, without apparently giving him a choice in the matter, allowing Sky Watcher to protest against deserting his post, or anything of that nature.

Ye-es, although it was clear Robot had Skywatcher at 'Jeanne'. On the other hand, this is the first time we see Shadow speak up about Robot calling Kat an angel.
