As far as I can tell, it's chinese sites promoting cellphone ringtones and related junk. Any ideas on how to stop it? If posts can be filtered, it should be pretty easy to block.

Step two, Use one of those human checker thingys. Problem solved. I do not know why more ppl don't do this.

For one, anon postings ALREADY have to have a image verification, andit isn't helping much.
