I'm veering towards Omega being one of the neo-people, brought from the future via Kat's connection to the Norns.
Or it could just be the personification of Kat's etheric godhood aspect, which she is actively attempting to tap right now.

And Kat's reason for killing Zimmy becomes obvious: She's one of those people who hang up without saying "bye". She must be destroyed.
Once again, Zimmy refers to the Omega Device as simple "Omega". It could just be Zimmy speaking style, or it could be a name. The Court is the type to refer to Gamma as "the Gamma Device".

What if her etheric Gozer the Destructor form is a future version of Robot? A sort of avatar backwards projected through time (and combining two of her plot threads). Which would mean Robot has, in part, been worshipping himself the whole time.

Two pages ago, Zimmy went quiet, as if realizing something. I was suspecting she might be about to say the Court had found her, or that she'd realized that her paranoid assumptions had been wrong, but no, what she realizes is that Annie isn't trying to kill her; Annie is going to kill Loup. She's apparently had a glimpse into the future, or what she thinks is the future. And then she has another of these visions; Zimmy thinks Kat's going to kill her. We see a glimpse of Zimmy's glimpse; bone or metal structures are jabbing at her, and there's blood apparently running down her face from a head wound we don't see, pooling on her shirt, though there doesn't seem to be a chest wound. The light circle over her heart is unsullied. Gamma stands behind Zimmy, holding her shoulders, her eyes closed. Zimmy says she knew it all along – perhaps she's had feelings like this ever since meeting Kat, but this is the first time they've solidified into a clear rationale for them.
Today Zimmy adds that Kat's going to use Omega to kill her. She covers her face with her hands. Gamma's hands meet in front of Zimmy now. All Annie gets to do is say Zimmy's name before the connection breaks.
Coyote's plan was to arrange things so that it will be inevitable for Annie to do anything except kill Loup when the appointed time arrives; it certainly isn't something she wants to do, though she may be accepting that it's inevitable. But is Zimmy seeing the future, or is she seeing Coyote's plan for the future, or Annie's fears for the future? But even if this is a true vision of the future, all of this information is still vague; we still know nothing of the circumstances Annie and Loup will find themselves in at that time. There may literally be no choice. Or by that time Annie may be so full of rage, her fiery spirit so inflamed, that she won't be able to control herself. Or ... these visions and plans may turn out to be wrong. What if Annie simply makes choices that no one anticipated and things go a completely different way?
Also, I can't see Kat killing Zimmy, at least not deliberately. But what if it happens as an unintended side effect of whatever she ends up trying to do with Omega, once she gets control over it? Or what if Omega has a corrupting influence and twists Kat's priorities into a darker direction? Or ... we've had multiple references to the Kat of another timeline in which she led the Court down a darker path. What if that version of Kat is the one Zimmy's seeing? Or, as I sometimes imagine, what if the Machine Angel, the deity that the New People will bring into existence in the future with repercussions in the past, is a separate entity from Kat and isn't entirely under her control, and when Kat invokes her she does things Kat never told her to do that result in Zimmy's death? Or ... again, perhaps these visions turn out to be inaccurate.
Annie and Kat have been set up as opposites in many ways – Annie's amazing abilities come from the past, while Kat's seem to come from the future. Annie's portrayed as more mature the longer her hair gets, while Kat's more mature self has short hair. Kat's abilities lie in technology, while Annie's have to do with the Ether. But what if Annie's destiny is to kill Loup/Coyote, while Kat's is to kill Zimmy, who is sort of like the anti-Coyote in this story?

My guess for the next page is an incoming Jack freakout.
He has been set up as someone who wants to protect Zimmy to an obsessive degree after having her spiders on his brain. I hope that it will be in the “gosh golly, we need to find a way to avert this!” direction, but I’m afraid Jack and Jenny might turn on Annie with this revelation. (I really hope this isn’t the case - Annie has needed some wins for years at this point.)
Edit: I’m just now learning that this forum autocorrects certain mean expressions I’m fond of to “gosh golly.” This amuses me.

Omega never refered to as a device by Zimmy My interpretation is that everything related is Omega Something, much like with Batpants. Those not in the know or only a little bit in the know naturally conflate all this, which helps to obscure what goes on.

Yeah I know yet I'm sure Kat will simply see it as one or only see it that way because people keep calling it one

OK OK OK HEAR ME OUT: What if Omega is like, a literal Shadow Man, originally made by Coyote, that has come to hate the Ether?

I'm sure Jack is gonna be very reasonable and level-headed regarding Zimmy's parting accusation that Kat is about to kill her.
