I've done this before!
Uh, not with ketchup and pepper per se, but that thing where you've become adept enough at a program that you're extremely comfortable navigating it on a superficial level. The moment someone asks if you can do X - where X sounds simple but is secretly an edge case - you immediately want to check to see if you can, so you dive in doing a bunch of stuff real fast, but the answer is almost always "No idea, sorry love." And they're just staring at you blankly, having no idea wtf you just did.

Or am I wrong about this? I'm guessing she works in that cafe they are hanging out in, and hasn't changed from work yet. As opposed to those being her casual clothes. I certainly could be mistaken though!

The nice thing about being famous for using improvised materials for your magic is that if someone asks you to do something impossible, you can just take some random objects, toss them on the ground, and be like "welp I gave it my best try, it's just not cooperating, sorry" but everyone will honestly believe you put a lot of effort into it.
