No I don't think that's quite it. It looks similar, but the chapter icon is way more short and round, almost pentagon-shaped, while that boat is clearly long and rectangular. Could it be the same thing seen from different angles say, for example, if the ship was moving left to right from the perspective of the shore? Or if the shore is moving away from the boat
