If I were Kat I'd duck back inside and quickly use her computer to look up strategies for dealing with bad days.
Still looking forward to Kat's reaction to being told about the unrequested naked butt surplus, tho.

I wouldn't take the cloud super seriously just yet. I'm thinking that it's probably just gag physics, you know? Sure, people will react to it but we're not going to see the implications of a storm cloud being generated when they're angry. That sort of thing. Though if it isn't just a gag, I would guess that it's a prank some magical being is playing on the Annie's.
So besides venting to Kat about the Court trying to take over their quest, do any of you foresee this tying into the Shadow Men or Kat's work?

Maybe the Annies let out an annoyed sound that came across as a rumble?
Whereas the cloud is just a comic effect to highlight their general aura.

Given what court knows so far.... Loup did unprovoked massive attack on court while not at full power, court may not be dumb in not being in such a hurry to possibly boosting Loups power without much assurances that Loup won't just go on another rampage after.
