Damn, her eyes are going back to all dark and stuff.
I'm sure that ruins most of our predictions from [199]

All of a sudden, Gamma looks CRAZY TALL. ...or is Zimmy just reaaaally short? Seriously, has she ALWAYS been a whole head taller than Zimmy? At any rate, this page is adorable. It really shows just how good of friends they are. I want to give Gamma a hug, too.

Maybe Zimmy has raised soles in her shoes <.<

I want to dance through the halls, barefoot and soaking wet. When she's not flipping out and/or creating nefarious works of science, Zimmy really knows how to live.

Darnit, the rain was temporary. But she had better eyes. i guess that's why she was so happy that the rain came.

Gamma has alwas been taller than Zimmy, yes. However Zimmy is also stooping over as she is stomping around.

I guess this proves that Zimmy still has the spiky teeth.

The murky eyes give me nightmares. Well, not really, but still.
Gamma sure looks happy now that Zimmy is feeling better.

Zimmy looks cool when she has the inky blackness covering her eyes and a scowl on her face. The red-eyed smile earlier felt really unsettling to me.

Well the Red eyes appear to be shrinking so the effect is short lived. She also seems to get a bit loopy in this form.

The bit that I really got a kick out of was Zimmy wanting to chase rats and spiders. (What does she have about spiders, anyway? First they're crawling all about her, and now this.)
I wonder what she does with them when she catches them - no, on second thought, I don't want to know.
I also wonder whether she chases them on all fours (and no, I don't know where that idea came from).

she looks really creepy when her eyes are in between the black and the red if you ask me...plus the teeth.
Yet she still looks adorable... like a little baby...>.>

I really had to laugh when I saw this page. I absolutely love it.
Thanks Tom, for this page. It caps the chapter so well, and answers some of our questions to boot. I come away from it with a warm, fuzzy and slightly evil feeling. Fantastic.
There's a great big-sister, little-sister feeling to this page as well. I can just see Gamma rolling her eyes, "Okay Zimmy, we'll go chase spiders. Right after we wash your clothes."

Aww! *STOMP STOMP* I'll come chase spiders with you, Zimmy! Though it does seem to be a temporary effect...her eyes are getting all "clogged" again.

Yay! Spider catching! I am sad that the blackness is coming back but, I like Zimmy better without the creepy red eyes.

Ok so after I read today's page, I said "Awww!" aloud. This rarely happens. Ah, I love Zimmy...I'd chase spiders with her...And that picture of her hugging Gamma and grinning at the 4th wall is possibly the cutest thing I've ever seen, my comments about 198 and 199 nonwithstanding. On a related note, happy 200 comics, Tom!

Yeah, it makes me wonder why Zimmy isn't in the shower all the time. Man-made rain just must not cut it.

I like the red eyes. I am somewhat confused by the changeable morphology of her teeth, though.
And none of this makes any sense. Still.

Honestly, I think the differing views of Zimmy's teeth are just artistic license. They look white from a distance, jagged at medium range, and razor sharp close up, depending also on how much she's grinning or snarling. My guess is at one time Tom tried to put detail into the distant shots and found it just didn't come out looking right. I kind of picture her having needle-like kitten teeth -- cute but sharp as hell. She's only a little demon, after all... ;D (I guess I'll refer to her as a demon until we have some more specific information. No reason yet to think Reynardine was lying.)

I got the feeling that he was just being overdramatic and insulting (as usual).

I got the feeling that he was just being overdramatic and insulting (as usual). That's what I thought at first, until we got to know Zimmy a little better - red eyes, pointy teeth and all. Then somebody mentioned maybe Reynardine wasn't kidding. I kind like the irony of Reynardine telling the truth at a moment like that, so I'm running with it. Besides, I just kind of like calling Zimmy a demon-child. She and Gamma make a heaven and hell combination - a demon and an angel.

Hmm. That's probably the most likely option, but it isn't the only one . . .
Think about it. Reynardine is about as demonic as they get. Maybe his "Demon" is someone else's "Angel". Or maybe just a creature he has a weakness against?
Anyway, if Zimmy is a demon, she's not a very harmful kind. What's she done since we've known her? Acted obnoxious, stopped Reynardine from sabotaging the science fair, got rained on and planned to chase spiders. What's Reynardine done? Killed a nice Rogat Orjak (and probably a lot of other people/creatures we haven't heard of), attempted to do the same to our heroine, tried to sabotage the science fair, and been generally irritating.
If Zimmy is a demon, she's not as bad as Rey. The only really malicious thing I've seen her do is stomp spiders, and considering how many of them have tried to stomp her, that's sort of understandable.

Well, Zimmy's science project was an abomination, according to Annie. We don't know how bad that abomination was of course, but it must have been bad, to faze Annie.
