Ok, i got this idea from a chat session i had with another GKC fan, namely silvercat. I now post a quote from a random GKC strip and the first to correctly locate that BY PURE GUESSING (skimming the archive is prohibited, obviously) posts another one, and someone else guesses and posts another, and so on. If the quoter wants, s/he can give hints on the location. ok, now this is my quote: "hey annie, look at that, I guess this is why we hardly ever see any other kids, huh?"
hint: it's from a very high place.

the end of chapter ... don't know the number but the name is "broken glas and other things". kat rescues annie with her modified antigravity device and says this line as they float above aman waters overlooking the court.
My quote is: "a childhood spent exploring a hospital made light work of certain obtacles in my path."

did not i say "no looking in the archive"? you must say chapter, describe situation, setting, and who said the quote, but saying the page means obviously that you cheated...
FURTHERMORE, who gets the solution must post another quote... as you did not, i will post one myself, very simple, just to restart the game... Here it is:
[glow=red,2,300]"GREETINGS HUMAN PERSON!"[/glow]

Unforgettable! That's Kat after Kertak (??) the insect's psychopomp revealed himself to her. Very early in the chapter "a ghost story", page 2 or 3 maybe.
EDIT: Looked up to confirm it. His name is Ketrak. Close enough I think. New qoute: "'cos she tries to stay awake as long as I do. but I don't sleep."

Ch 11, "Dobranoc, Gamma". Zimmy in the library, telling Annie why Gamma is always so tired.
New quote: "Oh! Well, it's good to be useful!"

Ha ! Robot learning that his body was made into paperclips. Optimism defined. So, Mainly involve robots.
Harder : "Owie !"

Hmmm ... Kat falling off the cherry tree in "a handful of dirt"? Just "Owie" is a little too short to be fair, but there are very few people getting hurt in the entire comic.
Edit: I checked and there really is an "owie". But I'm not sure if this is the only one in the comic and I surely won't search the archives for a single word. Could you please confirm my guess, klex?

Reynardine, as they go to rescue Robot?

It's the same chapter, but before they enter the robot center, when Annie and Reynardine are walking towards the 'boring door'. As they approach the door, Annie puts on her 'antennae' to fool the doorbot. This is also the strip right after Annie tells Kat that she has an idea for how to get in and that Reynardine can help.
Am I on the ball?

Not sure. Kat to Annie after Ketrak left?
Edit: Looked it up and wow, I was right. Didn't expect this.
Next one: "Well, there's no going back now."

Next one: "Well, there's no going back now." Ch 7, said by Annie to Kat after stepping off school grounds and setting off the alarm. Next quote: "What do I do? I'm supposed to help, but..."

Li'l Annie, cowering from Marten's flame-engulfed bedroom.
EDIT: Looked it up, was wrong, next.

It's from 352, said by young Annie after the salamander engulfted the room. The quote Casimir referenced was two pages later. Since no one else stepped up, I'ma say Casimir was close enough. Hit us with a new quote, man.

Agasa seems hard at work with his summer job, and since I was talking to him when the idea for this thread originated in his weird and wonderful brain, I'll hi-jack his function as referee...
Count Casimir guessed correctly : Mezzaphor's quote is indeed little Annie, cowering from the fire and the alarm in Martin's bedroom.
He's invited to offer the next quote.
edit : oops, somehow I missed Mezzaphor's reply --- no referee-ing was needed *grin* My apologies.
