hahahahaha, that's hilarious. I love the Donlans. And Kat is lovely. Hmm, that was a really brief flashback. I wonder if it will be like the chapter with Zimmy and Gamma, and have flashbacks every few pages, tying together past and present?

There's so much details in those 6 panels it's amazing.. The Donlans aren't quite good enough at pretending to be doing something else. At least not enough to fool Kat. |

So apparently the "S1" of the title refers to the robots of Gunnerkrigg rather than "Semester One" after all - and it's not going to be pure flashback. (But then, there'd have to be a bit of present-day action to explain why the flashback is being told at this point.)

The Donlans aren't quite good enough at pretending to be doing something else. At least not enough to fool Kat. That looks like the perfect time to ask for bigger-than-usual things, like a workshop for tinkering. ;D Poor old S13 surely can't wait to get a new body. |
