ANSWERTIME?! (haha, we chose the same title, but I was too late)

I really want to know what kind of work Donny and Tony have that neither of them were willing to bring up at the dinner table. Or Donny's work, at the least... ooh boy, secrets to be revealed, I can't wait!

ANSWERTIME?! (haha, we chose the same title, but I was too late) complications, that's for sure. Let's hope E!Annie plays nice.

Aaand Donald's awesome again. This will probably be the only way to get Annie the information she needs about her father and have her believe it, too.

I find it striking how much profound foreshadowing is being packed into such a simple exchange. Nothing of particular note is happening yet everyone reading is like oh my goddddd.

"Give me ten minutes, then look through it." (By then it will be in the soap dish of your dad's shower and you will be able to see exactly every scar he has.)

It is but if he say here is a TV and I have the camera and I go to your dad's. At almost every comic it's a O my god time. Oke it's almost never happened but stil

Just to clarify: we're still in the past, right? I can't see any rounded edges... so I think we're done with the past.

You know what would be funny, though; if she just ends up witnessing an incredibly dull conversation and nothing of value is learned.

I always wanted to say this: a convoluted scheme! Just to clarify: we're still in the past, right? Round edges to mark the end of flashback; panel one, last Monday.

Donald is holding the bottle from the chapter icon. Nice catch "Give me ten minutes, then look through it." (By then it will be in the soap dish of your dad's shower and you will be able to see exactly every scar he has.) That brings up... disturbing images. Anyway this is going to be fun to see whether this backfires... Sending her fire form off to Tony's house without her there. Even if Tony and Donny can't see the etheric form, will Renard be able to? Or will Annie get so incensed at something Tony says that she enters her fire form through the stone and causes massive damage.

Answers are coming (Definitely, Probably, Maybe, Sometime...I'm sure it'll happen eventually ) Renard knows Mr Donalan right? Because something's going to set off Kat's command, we just have to wait.

"Give me ten minutes, then look through it." (By then it will be in the soap dish of your dad's shower and you will be able to see exactly every scar he has.) That brings up... disturbing images. Irrelevant. Donny's theory that something happened to Anthony, based on the evidence that Anthony is now missing an arm and has a messed up face, must be fully investigated. For science. It's Antimony's blinker stone after all. Anyway this is going to be fun to see whether this backfires... Sending her fire form off to Tony's house without her there. There's almost a portable hole joke in there. Even if Tony and Donny can't see the etheric form, will Renard be able to? I don't see why not, assuming she appears within Renard's line of sight.

Even if Tony and Donny can't see the etheric form, will Renard be able to? Definite yes. He seems to be conscious in toy form, so yes. Which means Renard and Annie (possibly both parts) will get to have a conversation. The next two weeks are going to be all kinds of fun! This is much better than seeing how the Annies interact after that memory.

I find it striking how much profound foreshadowing is being packed into such a simple exchange. Nothing of particular note is happening yet everyone reading is like oh my goddddd. I don't see much foreshadowing, but see lots of possibilities. Annie was about to have another "sync" session with her elemental part. Skipping it once probably is harmless, but maybe not. We can't be sure - her absence may have been shorter than sleep or school, or not. Or it's safe as such, but she's weakened. The location of blinker may or may not matter for the purpose of Antimony's improvised elemental separation scheme. Donald probably doesn't know this blinker is used for something else at the moment, but we don't know this either. Now, he may A) Want to let Annie have a sneak peek into her dad's work and life; B) Suspect something is wrong with his old pal and want her invisible presence - either B.1) to see what he cannot (if he suspects something like what happened to Jack) or B.2) as a witness (if he suspect "Tony" is fake); C) Have ulterior motives. Well, at least now we know Annie still can use the blinker - oh, wait, it's in the direct sight and marshmallow-throwing distance of her elemental part, never mind. You know what would be funny, though; if she just ends up witnessing an incredibly dull conversation and nothing of value is learned. Well, yes. But also: for us or for Annie? On both parts. this is going to be fun to see whether this backfires... Sending her fire form off to Tony's house without her there. Even if Tony and Donny can't see the etheric form, will Renard be able to? Yup. Sounds like Fun. Or will Annie get so incensed at something Tony says that she enters her fire form through the stone and causes massive damage. Would she actually be able to get incensed? Other than the elemental part, which is incensed almost constantly, anyway.

Answers are coming (Definitely, Probably, Maybe, Sometime...I'm sure it'll happen eventually ) Renard knows Mr Donalan right? Because something's going to set off Kat's command, we just have to wait. That would be... profoundly upsetting to any onlookers. so did Anniemental disappear(/went back to Annie)? I'm guessing so. My concern is that the blinker stone links the two aspects of Annie. Can Anniemental re-bond if Donnie-D has the stone? If not, what effects will it have?

If not, what effects will it have? So you think Anniemental is still there, but without the bliker stone? I think it just went inside the blinker stone or something. though I'm just guessing, as we can't claim to know we understand the mechanics of the separation (at all) pft, I'm still really disappointed about the previous page, which didn't explain anything.

It has brain bleach for later... I wonder what Donald wants Annie to listen in on. I'm guessing he's in Annie's corner at the moment? Maybe he plans to get Anthony drunk and therefore be more talkative? Can you get drunk in ten minutes, though?

First thought: Confused. Several people have speculated that the rage/fire is bound to the blinker, but it feels here as if it isn't. Surely she wouldn't give the stone away if it carried half her personality, and surely she wouldn't pull it out if that released the rage/fire. Then why was the stone ever in it?
Second: Slightly disappointed by Donald's character here, actually. Okay, (not having read Divine) he cannot know that Anthony tried to amputate the fire elemental heritage out of his own daughter without asking for her informed consent, nor can anybody know how precisely Antimony would react to learning about this. But he knows that there is a history of her blowing her lid when learning upsetting information that has been withheld from her, and he must suspect that whatever Anthony's secret is it might well be very upsetting for her. Just letting her listen in, without even somebody there to support her, seems like a bad idea.

Am I the only one who thinks that the Raging Anniemental is the one who will be able to peek through the Blinker Stone, since she's the one who is bound to it now? And that she might be able to manifest in the physical world when Annie tries to use the stone?

Elementie probably had the stone to be able to communicate with Annie when she's away.

Surely she wouldn't give the stone away if it carried half her personality, and surely she wouldn't pull it out if that released the rage/fire. Then why was the stone ever in it? Yeah. This is the second thing I'm completely lost on with the Fire/Annie relationship. It reminded me of the first - where did the playful/conniving Annie who was wearing her fire at the end of last chapter go? How is this whole experience connected to that? I feel like the Annie/Fire/Blinker relationship, especially since we are getting introduced to it Pulp Fiction style, has still got a lot to explain and got me all sorts of confused. At the end of last chapter, I saw a girl who was still in control. I don't see that at all right now.
