Rey looks different now... cuddlier. More like a wolf puppy. Is this an effect of the change of ownership? If so, what does it signify? That Kat has the power to make everything adorable. Maybe that explains Kat's command to Rey. "Anthony would look so much more adorable if he were torn to confetti-sized shreds. Hmm... that sounds like a job for someone I know."

I doubt Renard would ever consider using his body-snatching powers on Anthony. It's obvious that his greatest regrets in life were killing Daniel and attempting to kill Annie. Considering how much he loves and cares about Annie, he would never do anything to her father. He knows how much she loves Anthony (despite his numerous faults) and killing him would devastate Annie. He may cause bodily harm, but nothing that would be fatal. And it would take A LOT to push Renard to the point that he would retaliate. I don't see Rey lashing out unless Anthony did something to Annie or Kat. And there's the thing - Anthony could well say in Rey's presence that he will do something to Annie and or Kat, right after he has destroyed Rey for good. What does Rey do then?
