Well, typos happen to the best of us.
Good call to the folks predicting the title page was showing Anthony's house.

Okay you got there first and I messed up the format because I've never done that before. I just sort of panicked and tried because it was taking so long and a thought maybe...
Anyway what I said was "Can he really be that specific?"

I'm sure they'll find Renard and bring him back immediately without anything at all going wrong.

Typo in the first case (Reanrd). Apart from that, what if... Tony was there ALL ALONG ? Like, he never quit the Court, and this appartment is facing the places where Annie has been all those years ?... He just managed to be invisible to the others, and that's why that never was a problem to reintroduce the Court's teaching staff ?... Llanwellyn was well aware all that time !

Reanrd is the name of the armchair. The Gang left before Annie could tell them Renard was still under her pillow.

In any case, it seems Anthony has (had?) a certain fondness for sitting in large chairs and staring out windows. Always wondered if Anthony was somewhere in the Court; that would explain why Antimony didn't have a guardian. Also, I am expecting another solitary chair in the basement directly in front of a large pair of speakers... for listening to Ride of the Valkyries at max volume, of course.

I felt like when that chair was shown in the title page, there would be something else in the room with it. I guess this is just Tony's Brooding Room. I bet he sits in that chair staring out the window whenever he has some down time, quietly rubbing his hands together and musing about how great of a father he is while trying to remember if he told Annie where the controls to her new holodeck are and wondering why she always keeps it on the standard setting.

I think this set up has all the trappings of a huge ef-up. They will either get caught or cause a serious mix up that will threaten to isolate Annie even more. I'm not getting positive vibes. Furthermore even if the manage to get back the toy that Rey inhabits, what next? Mr Carver will definitely realize it was stolen soon enough and the suspects are just two. Annie and Kat. Furthermore if Rey has been ordered to shut up there is no way to communicate with Kat at all. So he remains trapped and an easy prey to anyone. [taking by force doesn't change ownership]

It's kind of weirding me out how barren that room is. Barren rooms build character. Anthony has a strong character so the only way to stop him is to redecorate his room and/or putting a party hat on his head thus making his strong character weaker. Anyway I can not possibly see a way for this to go wrong even if the magnificent chair and Renard decide to resist. First of all, they're up against Doña Katerina and her minions and secondly amongst Her minios is a teleporter with a impossibly precise and fast guidance system. The matter of Renard being stolen will be brought up at an appropriate moment during the dinner party.

Anthony Carver: Interior Decorator Well, at least we know that Annie's room looks like this because Anthony likes big unfurnished rooms, not because he hates her.

Maybe, since they were to be taken "to where Renard is," they're looking at him right now. Haven't seen him change color before, but he can definitely shape-shift.

[taking by force doesn't change ownership] Speculation: If their next *bip* is to the forest, not immediately back to Annie's place, Coyote might be able to break the 'ownership.' He is after all a god, and not just because he looks good in that chair. [ p.s.: CoyoteReborn sed: "Hello, Ladies!" ] Always thinking back to how Coyote said that Reynardine was being held there by luv not laws, so with no luv for the new owner...the breaking may not be as hard as all that anyway, in the grand scheme of such things, and especially if you're renowned for breaking all the 'rules' and doing six impossible things before breakfast. At worst, stashing the doll with Coyote would make it about as hard as it could be for Anthony or anyone else from The Court to get their hands on him again until something changes, even if - as I have commented before - that is just waiting for Anthony and everyone else who is a problem to die, and then their heirs to die, and their heirs likewise until either The Revolution brings in someone more reasonable, or their ownership of Reynardine is forgotten and he can get free.

Strange that they decide to enact the plan immediately, instead of waiting until hes distracted with the dinner. Makes you wonder just how far away the staff homes are from the student housing. Kats anguish in the last chapter at least suggests the dorms between the two years are significantly apart, though, so I'd imagine they've at least made safe estimates to how long it'd take for Anthony to return.
Maybe that's why Kat was so eager to know when Anthony would arrive. Safer than waiting for him to leave home in case he'd return for something he forgot.
