That's hilarious! Can you link to that thread/picture? Also, yes to the robot-horse. I can't remember where it was now. I'll have to search for that thread. A robot-horse quoting from "Paradise Lost" - and, specifically, the War in Heaven in Book Six (the lines he was reciting in "Red Returns" came from there) - would be all the more appropriate if the robot reinforcements will do battle with the Seraphs, who were named after angels but have rebelled and, upon entering Zimmy's world, become distorted - a clear parallel to the fallen angels of Satan's army. (Indeed, while I can't remember if Milton mentioned it in the poem or not, some traditions make Satan himself a Seraph before his fall.)

Wait, what? I don't think anyone ever thought asking Coyote could be a good idea.

Wait, what? I don't think anyone ever thought asking Coyote could be a good idea. In original survey of audience, some voted coyote, I don't think robot king was even a choice. Some say that Annie is not taking issue seriously enough as threat... she is medium of forest so coyote would be biggest gun to pull out if "serious threat", but coyote is also a dangerous gun seeing how he convinced/tricked someone to murder an innocent.... "because you are superior/god and have selfish wants"... worse than court killing Jeanne imo because at least could be claimed for "greater good". Edit: looking back, 2 voted coyote. I was doing archive lookup, trying to find Annie with spider in her hand as a foreshadowing of what is to come.. Annie spider diplomacy? Then I reread that coyote part and struck me how much potential he has for evil... one thing to mind blank your servants and play dictator (could be seen as misguidedly wanting the best for others), a whole extra league to tempt others to murder innocent people based on your "superiority" and selfish goals. Eg Annie is very powerful at fire magic, others have powerful abilities as well, and Zimmyworld grants access to potential gains in godhood/power, so struck me how dangerous coyote could be in future zimmy powerup type situation...

That's hilarious! Can you link to that thread/picture? Also, yes to the robot-horse. At least we know that Tom still sees Annie as the protagonist (I'd wondered if he was shifting - maybe without realizing it - towards Kat becoming the protagonst, something like the shift in "The Lord of the Rings" from Frodo as the main character to Sam as the main character). Fell deeds awake, fire and slaughter! Spear shall be shaken, shield be splintered, a sword-day, a red day, ere the sun rises! Ride now, ride now! Ride to Gondorkrigg! Now personally, I sense a minor lecture about the impropriety of young ladies throwing fireballs at the games teacher coming on.

Yes, that's the fan-redrawn panel I had in mind. I definitely wouldn't call on Coyote for help - his assistance would most likely come with a heavy price.

OK. I'm betting on Annie for the Emperor Coyote is obviously the Laughing God. Renard should be the Emperor. He's the one on life-support with spirit wandering who-knows-where. That is, unless Annie tries a repeat performance of Kat-scaring. Spirit wandering? Riiight, then what if Jones is the Emperor? Freshly incarnated?

Ha, of course I can't speak for you, but I just accept my oldfartiness, newest game on my PC is from 2004 and I hardly ever watch TV. Just don't give a toss. Books, comics and music are different.

I, also, am an oldfart, yet playing Advanced Strategic Command, FreeCol, Gweled, Mu-cade, and UFO:AI now and then. ...okay, jokes aside, there's also Dwarf Fortress - first released in 2006 and grows. Globulation 2 is 2004, Crossfire, FreeDroid RPG, Orbiter and Vega Strike are older, but it's going to be a far cry from v.0.0.1, since all of them still receive significant improvements (new versions during last 2 years). And everything listed (except Gweled) is more or less mod-friendly, for that matter.

Warhammer 40.000 The Emperor of Makind is an incredibly ancient creature, believed to have been around for most of the world's history before conquering the whole planet and then setting off to build a galactic empire. Of course, he's supposed to be a dude; but I think we shouldn't underestimate what Jones might be able to do with a fake beard. And a party hat.

For you, at least, I'll have Jones administer them in My stead. Hmm. You are a harsh but fair deity. I have no choice but to accept your judgement. Perhaps a better punishment would be a restraining order. Hush, you!
