Favourite Chapter?

Along the lines of the favourite character thread, what has been your favourite chapter of GC so far? I think my two favourites have been The Shadow and the Robot, and A Handful of Dirt. Reynardine was also a good one. And I loved the bonus page that came after it, because the person credited with having first contact with the Rogat Orjak has the same surname as me! And the same first initial as my brother. I felt pretty awesome when that page came out.

A Handful of Dirt & of New & Old, definitely. I liked seeing Antimony both very happy, and sad as well- it's nice to know that she doesn't hold all of it inside, and that chapter really humanized her. Of New & Old showed that she can give mercy and kindness even to someone who has betrayed her and that she has no reason to love, which continues in Dobranoc, Gamma.

"A Handful of Dirt" and "Broken Glass and Other Things"

Probably Reynardine and Broken Glass and Other Things. BCOT because of the beautiful artwork, and I must confess I love how Annie looks without makeup, and Reynardine because...even if the art is sort of rougher than the current art is, I really like the part where Reynardine goes, "My Poor Surma"...I think we often forget about that part.

I've enjoyed "Broken Glass and Other Things" the most so far. Mysteries were left unresolved, true, but I found it to be very happy & upbeat with Kat saving the day, and Shadow2 ("GWEE!!") & the faeries making fun of Annie.

I like "Reynardine", because not only do I love that part of the story, but because I really do love the Rogat Orjak design so much!

Reynardine- becaise of the My poor surma..., and because he tells eglamore that he will continue the fight, but asks him to "take care of the little one" (45). Reynardine is so awesome, and I don't really think he wants to hurt Annie..

Difficult to choose. There wasn't any I didn't like. I suppose my favorites would be:

Dobranoc, Gamma is tops, because of Zimmy and Gamma.
A Handful of Dirt
Broken Glass and Other Things
Reynardine

Liked 'em all. But my favorites are A Handful of Dirt and Broken Glass and Other Things, 'cause they give a lot of background info on Annie. ;D

It's really hard to point out a favorite amongst anything of Tom's, as it's all excellent. However, I probably read most eagerly Of New and Old, because of the suspense and because I think I like questions more than answers; it might also have had to do with that Of New and Old had just begun when I started reading, and it was the first chapter I read from update to update.

I'm quite fond of the current chapter. Perhaps that's because I discovered Gunnerkrig Court during the beginning pages of Dobranoc, Gamma.

I think I like Reynardine, A Handful of Dirt, Broken Glass and Other Things, and the current one.

Reynardine because of Reynardine, A Handful of Dirt because we get to see that Annie's human and just because it's so gosh-darn beautiful, Broken Glass and Other things because of little Annie and the Guides, and Dobranoc, Gamma because it's absolutely fascinating and it's happening right now and Zimmy's so pretttyyyy!!!
