Haha, Reynard's expression is hilarious ... NOW IF ONLY I COULD READ WHAT IT'S SAYING! *crying* That's a thumbnail preview! It was linked to the full-sized version here but the link got dropped when the post was quoted. That RenardxHetty ship is one of the most priceless things I have ever seen And yet, so far within the realm of possibility that it makes my skin crawl. The real tragedy isn't Hetty's death (she was an interesting character for a foil but Mr. Siddell can do/has done better plus she was a jerk) but the loss of the sinfully large pile of money Mr. Siddell could've made from merchandising dolls that are the offspring of such a union (50% plush +50% porcelain =100% fun). Full version of some "bratty" concept sketches here.

I guess you could make a lot of money off of selling Hetty dolls, with all the Gunnerkrigg fans out there. I would want one too. But then I would realize I couldn't keep it in my room, because I would be too scared to sleep.

But then I would realize I couldn't keep it in my room, because I would be too scared to sleep. No worries! Like the cabbage patch dolls came with a birth certificate the HettiRen Kids dolls could come with a ownership certificate and a carefully-worded statement you read to the doll commanding it not to harm you or your family or friends! You can order them to not harm cable-guys, contractors, or other visitors to your home on a case-by-case basis (or not, whatever you choose). I'm thinking they'd come with fashion accessories instead of hypos like the classic Hetty but if Mr. Siddell didn't want to go that way we could market them as revenge tools as well as insulin-shot educational toys. I'm thinking they'd be kinda like those voodoo doll kits they used to sell at Barnes Ignoble except with a better chance of actually working.

Uh, I actually meant that knowing Hetty, I don't want a replica of her sitting staring at me while I sleep. It would feel like she would get up and start putting glass fiber in my bed any second. But yeah, i can see your point.

There's some great art on there, and also the first part of a fanfic that looks like the My Immortal of Gunnerkrigg so far.

Okay, I guess not. It's not aggressively over the top, but it's still a perfect bingo sheet of fanfic clichés. And this: Is it even possible to achieve that? o.O sounds like a challenge to me.

At least the prose is decent, if a bit purple. Not my cup of tea in any case. 14 year olds don't have romances, they have weekly flights of fancy.
They spelled everything right, which makes it better than 75% of the crap out there.
I once beta'd a Halo fanfic called "The Life". It was close to 1.3 million words, and I swear to god, almost every single one of them was shit. It wasn't just that English wasn't the author's first language, GRAMMAR wasn't his first language. I helped him with about 75 out of 200 something chapters of at least ten pages each before I just couldn't do it anymore.
To me that will always be one of the worst fanfics. I will tolerate a bit of flowery nonsense if they prove to me that they aren't allergic to commas.

If you look closely at the albums, you will find court-inspired music by Distorted Pigeons ( Bandcamp, YouTube).

Odd that Ysengrin is standing on the Court side. But beautiful art! Especially love Rey's face and Zimmy's expression. And Parley and Smitty. And Mort and Jeanne and Robot and Shadow and...well, pretty much everyone.
(Also noticed that you drew Coyote without his tooth, representing the Coyote Blade. Clever.)

I'm impressed you remembered to do Coyote's tooth. I would have forgotten

Daedalus Eggers, Jones, and Ysengrin are standing on a bare hillock not far from the bridge. Can you see where it slopes up from the trees to the left of Gamma's shoulder? I had to reduce the quality to be able to post this, but I think it's easier to see in the link. As you both may remember, Coyote replaces his tooth with a stone 686. I just felt like showing Coyote this way .

I like him that way. It makes him a bit more devious looking than the pure hyena smile he usually gives. And yes, I saw them. Very nice job of pretty much integrating everyone there. Though why is Jeanne out of her ravine? Also, great job drawing Annie. This is one of the few fanarts of Annie that I have seen that capture her face correctly. Apparently, she's really hard to draw.

I like it! Not sure why, but I really do...
Maybe it's because the detailing behind the Golem Heart reminds me of strange geometric patterns that I doodle when I'm not thinking.

Pencil sketch I did yesterday, lines sharpened in Paint.net That's so cool! Is it implying that the heart is in the palm?

It's more like a hologram being projected, I think.

GK Sierra, you might like to take a look at the comic Monster Pulse One of its second-tier characters is a heart. A few other odd body parts also show up as second- and third-tier characters.

The scanner didn't pick up some of the fine shading and I didn't notice until after I uploaded it. Sadly, I am probably too lazy to try again at higher rez.

Why are all of these the size of postage stamps?! Is there any way I can make them bigger? Are you running something that prevents links that would take you off this site from working? That thumbnail was also linked to a bigger image on Photobucket (only 50% size of what I drew but still much bigger than the thumbnail preview). Or it should be, I see I accidentally linked that last one to a page on Photobucket where the image is instead of just the picture... but it should still work.

I'm guessing here, but maybe it's because the only indication of something being a link is blue-colored text (since the proboards switch anyway, there used to be under/overlines if I recall correctly), and images don't have text? I can imagine that leading to confusion. Regarding the picture, he did warn them that she wasn't fully human. Their fault for not listening
